Replacement of locks for wooden front door, rear new PVC door and communal gate lock and provision of new and a number of extra keys for neighbours. Absolutely the most reasonable quote of those obtained from firms claiming to be both local and the best price.
Not only the most competitive but also prompt, no nonsense, professional and exact in the price as quoted.
Other companies baulked at my need for more keys and quoted wildly preventative prices. Wayne at Linacre never fliched when I asked and made the keys in his van on site. Never used before but will certainly use if ever required in the future and will without doubt reccomend to others. I did`t ask about payment but presumed he would not expect cash and was not dissapointed but I was impressed when on-line payment option was offered.
He could work on his "smile", that`s all I can say in way of criticism which is really just an observation.
