Replace broken door lock (front door) at short notice. He arrived punctually, within two hours to my phone requesting his assistance after one front door lock broke. He removed the broken lock and replaced it with a new mechanism. All done in good time and with a professional demeanor.

Repair front door locking mechanism. Door could not be opened as handle was broken inside. Helpful and efficient from initial contact to complete work.

New lock fitted to interior door I chose to contact Linacre Locksmith after seeing that he is a member of the Norfolk County Council Trusted Trader scheme.
I contacted him to see if he could fit a new lock to an interior door which he said he could do. He asked me what type of lock I would prefer and I mailed him an image of other locks I have fitted to other interior doors in my house. He gave his recommendation and arranged a time to see me the next day. I wasn''t expecting him to attend site quite so quickly and he was prompt and on time.
He got straight to work after assessing the requirements and it took hardly any time at all.
I have a dog gate which would have interfered with the position of the lock, so he moved the lock to a better position, removed a finger plate to the door and once the lock was complete he even re-attached the finger plate back above the new lock.
His work was professional, swift and tidy. He used a floor mat to contain as much debris as possible and tidied up after. He advised me of other locks I may need replacing in future and different types and finishes to use.
I have used other locksmiths in the past and I can honestly say Linacre Locksmith is far more professional and his work is extremely clean.

Replaced the lock cylinder in the front door. Very professional,polite and knowledge.The cost was a lot less than we expected having looked on the internet to get an idea of prices.

Door on French window would not lock. Wayne adjusted and oiled the lock. He also checked and oiled my front and back doors. Wayne came promptly on the day I called, explained the problem and what he did to rectify it. I was entirely satisfied and would certainly use him again.

I called Linacre Locksmiths on Saturday afternoon, as my back door lock had been playing up for sometime.
Even though this was not an urgent case, the gentleman came out within 45 minutes or so.
He quickly changed the lock, offered me more keys which he cut in his van, saving me going elsewhere to get them cut.
Whilst here, I asked if he changed window handles, 2 of mine were broken, so he also did that too.

Changing a door lock and supplying new keys. Most satisfactory – punctual polite and friendly.

Changing 2 locks. I rang Linacre Locksmiths and the locksmith was round within 20 minutes, he did a great job and was able to advise on other door/lock issues as well.

Changing lock fitting as unable to open front door from outside and cutting extra keys that were needed. Very happy with the service. Open jammed UPVC back door. Replaced gearbox with new. Adjusted keeps. Replaced handles as requested. Tested. Excellent! Wayne came within 40 minutes of being called on a Saturday morning. Explained what had gone wrong and showed part that had failed. Helpful advice given throughout.
