Locksmith was polite on initial contact, helpful and able to attend and fulfilled his promise to ring at lunchtime 12 noon on the dot to confirm my address and postcode and said he would be in attendance about three quarters of an hour. Bang on time he arrived smartly dressed and remove my faulty lock and replaced its like the like. First-class service.
