Making a wardrobe up After being let down by a previous company we found this one on the internet, after our first contact with them we felt very confident that they would do the job well. Jack turned up on time & did a first class job, very polite & professional.

Built a triple tall wardrobe (John Lewis Mixit) and a chest of drawers. We were given the name of Flat Pack Wizards by John Lewis. My phone message was replied to before the end of the day and I made arrangements with the company to let them know when we had ordered the furniture and when delivery was expected. Further to this I made a date for the furniture to be built. My telephone contact with the company was very good and Jack arrived on time to build the unit. He worked well and was finished in about 3 hours. There was a problem with two damaged drawer fronts and Jack returned to complete the build of the chest of drawers the next week after we received replacements - work only took 10 - 15 minutes.

We were very pleased with the communication and service and workmanship we received from Flat Pack Wizards and would definitely use them again.After building flatpack furniture ourselves in the past it was a delight to have someone do it so well and so quickly.

Install kitchen wall and base unit and work tops. Mike was prompted, courteous and worked efficiently on site.
We discuss the planned layout and agreed any changes required.
All work was completed to my satisfaction.

Climbing frame installation Fantastic service. Have used flatpack wizards in the past and always my go to for these types of jobs. Was a difficult climbing frame installation but the team managed with no issues.

Refitting a very badly fitted kitchen which entailed removing and replacing worktops, disassembling and repositioning base units, refitting integrated appliances and completing unfinished tiling and electrics. Flatpack-Wizards was an absolute lifesaver. My kitchen was a mess of poor workmanship and I couldn’t see the way forward. Mike tackled the job with calm, confident professionalism and what he achieved in such a short time was scarcely believable. Don''t be misled by the word ''Flatpack’-they are highly skilled craftsmen.

Building Ikea wardrobes Flatpack Wizards were recommended by Ikea to build our large sliding door wardrobes. They got back to me quickly when I made the initial enquiry and gave me a quote and date for coming to do the work. In the intervening time we were hit by the terrible snow. Whilst it had gone by the time our wardrobes were due to be built I was half expecting a call to say they would need to reschedule but Jack arrived on the day on time. He was a polite young man and quickly got on with the work, asking us to confirm where the wardrobes were to go, height of rails etc. He was amazingly quick, tidy and his work was excellent. It was worth every penny not to wrestle with such bulky flatpack furniture and we would definitely use them again. Very impressed!

Fitting a small kitchen sink units. The only thing was the pen marks left on the wall.
The work finished 1 day early. Draws were furnished on one side and stickers out on the other. Old screw holes left visible. Cost change on the last day due to problems with the Flatpack supplied.

Stripping out an old kitchen and replacing it with new. We were very happy with the way in which the work was executed. Mike worked very hard to enable the job to be completed on good time. As far as was able, he cleaned up at the end of each day''s work.

Installation of kitchen units and worktops and removal of floor tiles . Discovered a lovely brick floor underneath which was then renovated and sealed . Also made bespoke worktops around the boiler and butler sink . Mike gave us good advice before installation and then delivered on time . We had a really difficult boiler to house / workaround and Mike make a removal worktop and a cut down cupboard which was a very neat professional job. Mike also saved us money on the floor tiling when he discovered a lovely brick floor under the old tiles . He cleaned these and re-sealed them . Also gave us a discount for doing not doing a full re tile of the floor . Unexpected and much appreciated .

Great job and went out of his way to tidy up and finish the job even though he needed to work late on 23rd Dec .

Assembly of flatpack furniture, a bed, double mirrored wardrobe, two sets of three drawer bedside cabinets, a large four drawer set of drawers and a shoe cabinet. The whole experience, from start to finish, was second to none. The work was done on time and in good time with almost no disruption to ourselves and was completed to our total and complete satisfaction. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Making up and small flat pack cabinets/drawer units. I was delighted with done. No time was wasted. Also very kind to fit in work during very busy time. A cancellation is my diary fitted with cancellation in theirs. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for bigger job.

Fitting washing machine, including plumbing, electrics, carpentry and reconfiguring cupboard doors. Exceptionally professional, efficient, quick, polite, and with all the skills needed from plumbing and electrics to carpentry. Couldn''t have been better.
