Mike provided an efficient and good standard of work, from start to finish. I found him knowledgeable in answering my many queries at different stages of the installation. He turned up when he said he would and is a tidy worker, clearing up as he goes. The 2 return visits needed due to a delay in delivery of one of my items and fitting of the splashback were organised quickly which I was very pleased about as I had expected to wait longer for the final matters to be sorted. This all made for a smooth, less stressful installation experience. And not forgetting Wendy who dealt with all the booking in of visits and keeping me updated of any changes. They are a good team and I would book them for any future work I needed.

Great communication and would highly recommend! Great with the dogs too! So much cheaper than the potential divorce had we tried to install it ourselves!!

Building flatpack furniture, double wardrobe, single wardrobe, 4 drawer chest, dressing table. A top class company from start to finish. My initial enquiry was dealt with by Wendy who was polite, professional and pleasant throughout. The quote was much less than expected and a date was arranged within a few hours of our initial contact.
Jack attended spot on time as arranged. He was courteous, polite, extremely helpful in explaining what he was about to do and simply got on with the job.
He tidied up when the job was complete and left only after making sure we were satisfied with his work. We certainly were.
There is nothing not to like about this company. Professional through and through. Highly recommended and we will go nowhere else for our DIY work in the future. Jack did, in a couple of hours, what would have taken me at least a couple of days. Save yourself the grief and contact these people. Worth every penny.

I only had to wait a couple of weeks from my initial enquiry and there was no deviation from what I expected. It makes a nice change to use a company that is dedicated to excellent customer service the help and advice I was given was sincere and appropriate.

Decorating bedroom We would 100% recommend Flatpack Wizards. Jack came and decorated a room for us (which included some horrible laborious prep work on a very hot day). He was extremely polite and friendly, and is work was of a highly professional standard. He left everything perfectly clean and tidy, and is excellent value for money. We are delighted with the finished result and have already booked him to come again. The dog loved him too!

TO paint a hallway bedroom and lounge with emulsioned walls and gloss woodwork Jacks work ethic is 100% he is very efficient and went above and beyond in all his work, finishing one room before moving on to the next his friendliness and willingness is a credit to flat pack wizard.

Jack assembled a dressing table, and 3 x bedroom cabinets. This is the third time we have used Flatpack Wizard to assemble Flatpack furniture for us, each time the service has been fantastic from start to finish, nothing is too much trouble for this lovely family run business. Jack assembled the furniture so quickly and without any fuss, it saves my husband the hassle of doing it and me the stress of him doing it! Their prices are extremely reasonable, they are reliable and friendly, we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Chicken coop assembly in garden Flatpack wizards have provided excellent service and completed the job of assembling a chicken coop in our garden very efficiently and to a high standard. I would recommend them for any flatpack assembly job!

Fitting 2 coat hooks. Having recently moved to a new house in Norfolk, I initially found it difficult to locate a company who assembled flatpack furniture. Most failed to answer my emails/phone calls, but not Flatpack-Wizards. From the moment I enquired about their services, Wendy was extremely helpful.
When Jack arrived, he was polite and, put me at ease. He obviously lives up to the "Wizard" name, assembling my flatpack furniture in record time and, all before lunch!
In the afternoon he moved on to the batons, curtain tracks & coat hooks.
I have no hesitation recommending Flatpack - Wizards and, will certainly be using their services again.

Two IKEA Lak shelves installed Easy and efficient booking service with Wendy - very professional. Jack texted me on the morning to confirm his arrival time, so I was kept well informed. On arrival, he took time to understand where and how I wanted the shelves oriented, and gave some suggestions which were great so I took them on board. He put up the shelves very quickly and efficiently, and cleared up and left the room tidy and clean. I am so pleased with them - he did a perfect job. I will certainly be using Flatpack Wizards again!

I needed flatpack assembly and Flatpack Wizards was recommended by my Landlord. I explained what I needed done to them and was given a quote. The assembler arrived on time, was very friendly, polite and did expert work. He even used his own glue to reinforce the various pieces. He charged me less than the quote as well! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs these services. I am VERY happy!!!

Built five IKEA shelving units for our small charity and generously donated their time to do so. From start to finish, Flatpack Wizards were a delight to work with. Fast and efficient email communication all the way through - very easy! Jack was great and arrived promptly. He set to work straight away and completed the job very quickly and efficiently, even tidying the excess packaging into bags so it was easy to dispose of. We''re a small, local charity and they very generously donated their time to help us build this furniture, so we can support more people during treatment for breast cancer. Complete installation of a Homebase fitted kitchen and appliances, including associated plumbing and electrical work, as well as laminate flooring My new kitchen was expertly assembled to a high standard by Mike and Jack. This company goes the extra mile to make sure any difficulties are overcome and customers are happy with the finished result. Highly recommended.
