I was converting a spare bedroom to a home office and required some furniture assembly consisting of the following items and tasks: (1) secure attachment of a display bookcase to the bedroom wall adjoining our bungalow kitchen; (2) office chair assembly; (3) niche desk assembly; (4) speaker stand assembly. This service was very easy to use, professional and friendly. The customer contact made it clear from the outset that I was welcome to communicate any questions as I went along and these were responded to promptly, considerately and effectively. Even when my custom requirements changed slightly (occasionally beyond my own control) the company remained very patient, helpful and assistive in my complex task of constructing a home office. It was clear the pride this company takes in being a family firm providing a quality service. The appointment day of the work itself could not have come too soon, as I was keen to get my home office up and running as soon as possible, but the company offered the possibility of fitting me in sooner if possible (though in the end this was not possible). On the appointment day the fitter kept me well informed when there was going to a short delay to his arrival due to a previous job (his text came in half an hour before the earliest time he was due to arrive). Upon his arrival he listened carefully to my brief information about the layout of the room and particular requirements and proceeded immediately with the work without further instruction. The work was completed in only an hour to an impeccable standard. The fitter informatively provided me with essential safety instructions concerning my office chair and placed the packaging materials in the place I had requested for me to dispose of afterwards (it was helpful that he confirmed to me that I didn''t need to have opened the items myself before assembly prior to his arrival as this is useful for future occasions when I may need assembly services and is especially important as at present I have young children around). The fitter was the same person I had had on the previous visit from this company three years ago, so there was a sense of continuity. I cannot fault Flatpack Wizards - their workmanship, service and consideration is unexceptionable and I would unhesitatingly use their service again.

Fitting a new kitchen Mike did a fantastic job fitting our new kitchen. The work was carried out in a professional manner from start to finish and he kept us informed at all times.

Jack from Flat-Pack Wizards put together a large pantry unit from Wickes for us and 2 triple wardrobes from IKEA Jack and the whole team from Flat-Pack Wizards are fantastic. After having a really stressful move, the last thing we then wanted was to be putting furniture together! The company was recommended to me by a family member who had used their services and spoke really highly about them.
Jack was knowledgeable, friendly, cleaned up and was very efficient putting the furniture together which all looks fantastic. I found them to be very reasonably priced as well.
Communication with Wendy was really good and she kept me informed throughout.
I will certainly be recommending Flat-Pack Wizards to friends and family in the future and will use them again myself.

Kitchen installation and dining room floor fitting. Mike did a fantastic job in installing our new kitchen and new dining room floor.
The service was prompt and any queries we had were answered with efficiency. The installation was delivered to a very high standard and we are so pleased with the finished product.

Flatpack furniture built. I have just moved house and had lots of things to be built The work was completed so quickly and efficiently. The space around was left clean and tidy. I’m so pleased with the work carried out and would thoroughly recommend Flatpack Wizzard

3 x Double wardrobes and 1 x Bookcase Flatpack-Wizards are exactly that!
Wendy organised the visit very efficiently and was happy to accommodate requests like adding handles etc.
Jack fitted 3 x double wardrobes and a bookcase in about 3 hours which would have probably taken me 3 days.
Flatpack-Wizards are a friendly family company who I can highly recommend.

Decorating hallway, stairwell and downstairs toilet Flat pack Wizards arrived when they said they would. We’re Covid aware and kept social distance. They were efficient and professional. They were helpful and friendly. The finished result is very pleasing and well done. Highly recommend them and I will certainly be using them again

Refit washing machine that john lewis made a complete hash of even though they had 3 yes 3 attemps to do so. Mike saw the problem and sorted it out straight away,he has done work on our kitchen before,he is our go to man for any kitchen work,I cannot speak to highly of him,a true professional of the very highest standard

Flat pack assembly of office furniture I highly recommend the FP Wizards! They came to our office to assembly a full set up of new furniture. They were on time, assembled everything way quicker than we imagined, positioned it all and basically did a fantastic job! Super friendly and helpful service and reasonable prices. Thank you :)

Decorating lounge and dining room This is very much a family firm. They are friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn''t recommend them more highly.

They provided great advice as to colour, shade and type of paint to be used and they were very prompt in providing an estimate and arranging a convenient date for the work to take place. They were helpful, friendly and very professional in doing the job and I couldn''t be happier with the outcome. I have already introduced a friend to them.

They were also very careful to observe the social distancing rules, for which I was also grateful.

Dismantling Wardrobes, Book Shelves and Other Shelving and then packing for moving. We have recently moved house and needed two extremely large wardrobes and also some large book cases/shelves dismantling.

Flat Pack Wizards were immediately available to do the work and our appointment was booked without any problem.

Jack was extremely helpful and competent - he made what I thought would be a difficult job seem easy.

The help and work we received from FPW was absolutely excellent and I would not hesitate in recommending their services.

Everything was done efficiently and without any fuss; Jack kept up a friendly rapport throughout the job and respected and adhered to the current Covid 19 guidelines in every way.

He also respected our property and was extremely careful and tidy when working on the task in hand.

After thirteen years of having a cream classic kitchen, I wanted to change my island unit.
I was given a quote to remove a wine rack and two end display units and replace all existing doors, fascias and kick board to a shaker style. Adding three new cupboards and one wine rack all in Slate Grey. I initially found Mike thro a neighbour whom he had worked for. Initially he replaced our old tiled sills in our conservatory with white fascias the result was amazing.
Whilst with us I expressed an interest in changing the look of my island unit, and he sourced the products, quoted and did the work.
I cannot recommend Mikes work highly enough. His standard is second to none. Also a great person to have working in your home, trustworthy, friendly and reliable.
We are so happy with Mikes work we are now awaiting a quote for the rest of the kitchen to be changed the same, rather than a completely new refit

THE ASSEMBLY OF A WOODEN BED BASE WITH HEAD BOARD AND FOOT BOARD. THE RECEPTION SERVICE WAS RELIABLE.

JACK KEPT ME INFORMED RE HIS ARRIVAL TIME. HE CARRIED IN AND UNPACKED THE PRODUCT WHICH WAS TOO HEAVY FOR ME ALONE TO DO.

HE ASSEMBLED IT, TIDIED THE ROOM AND DISPOSED OF THE PACKAGING WITHIN THE TIME FRAME. IT WAS A HEAVY FROM AND I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE EFFIENCENY AND SPEED AND GOOD QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP.

HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS THROUGHOUT.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Assembly of big wardrobe Jack came on time. He texted us to inform that he could be slightly earlier that expected. He assembled with easy our big wardrobe. Very professional and in an hour. He left everything clean and we are delighted. Would use again. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Kitchen fitted through Wickes Good professional job, completed on time and to a high spec. Mike is a great guy and easy to talk to, communication through Wendy was also very good and professional

Assembly of furniture The work was rearranged due to the delay in us getting some of the items but the firm was very flexible and accommodating. Once rearranged, things were very smoothly done. It was a punctual and solid work and the work was done in an expected time. Jack was very courteous and professional. Thank you.

Jack came in to put together two Flatpack sliding door wardrobes

He completely adhered to the social distancing and we noticed his mask stayed on throughout his time here.
He arrived at the time we were quoted and it took him roughly 21/2 hours to get them both erected.
Unfortunately, the next day my husband knocked one of the doors off the runner so I called Flatpack wizard to see if they could advise and jack called me to explain how to put the door back and said if there was any problem let him know and he would make arrangements to come and help. Fortunately we managed to fix the problem without another visit.
Would totally recommend them to everyone and would definitely use again.....no more struggling with Flatpack’s for us.

Re-tiling of kitchen We have used Mike before for previous work done on our kitchen, and were so happy with the result that we decided we would like him to do our tiling.

Always punctual & helpful, answering any questions we had regarding the pattern of the tiles on the wall & colour of the sealant between tiles & worktops. The finished result was outstanding, and will be using them again for other future projects. He always leaves everything clean & tidy, and gives advice on how long to leave things before using them.

Overall, the best people we have used for our DIY projects by far.

Flatpack assembly Brilliant service - everything completed as asked. The lad himself was very friendly and polite and obviously competent in his work. All in all first class and would use again if required and fully recommend to others
