DMG Property Maintenance

DMG Property Maintenance fitted a kitchen unit for me and took away the old unit. The work was done to an excellent standard and Daniel has been very helpful. He previously did some other work for me which was also very well done. I am very happy to recommend him and to say that his standard of work is very high. See above. The work was carried out to a very high standard and Daniel was very easy to work with and communicate with. I am very happy with his work and the trouble he took to do a very good job for me.

Paint all 5 specific rooms mainly woodwork but some wall’s ceiling is too. Great work, very quick to quote and accommodate my timings. Great finished result too.

Painting 2 rooms ceilings and woodwork. Excellent job / everything returned to correct place and a joy to have around.

Basin taps replacement in bathroom. Cartridges replaced in kitchen mixer tap.

To completely redecorate wall and ceilings where necessary: - upstairs bedrooms, landing, stairs inc woodwork, hall inc woodwork, lounge. From start to finish Dan was very professional. The agreed work was completed with time so spare meaning he was even able to complete some extra bits and pieces, such as fitted the skirting boards back in the bedroom. He was clean tidy, on time, and always very polite. The experience could nothing gone any better Great job Dan!!! Until the next time.

Fit kitchen upstands, splashback, extractor head, replace bathroom and shower grouting and relay bathroom line. Friendly, excellent work, reliable, flexible and very useful to know for any future work we will need.

Re-fit , tile and paint downstairs cloakroom. Very professional job done. Dan was a pleasure to have around and worked really hard.

Replaced shower, shower screen, taps & waste (sink & bath), kitchen sink & waste. Investigated and fixed broken toilet. Highly recommended – Dan arrived on time, worked hard all day was friendly and professional and left us with great work and clean & tidy bathroom & kitchen. He had to make several adjustment due to unforeseen problems and still managed to finish on time and with a smile! We would confidently ask him to do more jobs in the future.

Refelt a shed roof, the shed was leaking. Daniel was excellent. He did a thorough job and fixed a few extra bits for me. Further more Daniel is a friendly and helpful person I would definitely use him again.

Make walls good and painted box room. Painted walls and woodwork in dining room. Painted walls and woodwork in landings. Absolutely fantastic tradesman. Price was fair, kept us in the loop throughout job and work carried out was to a fantastic quality. Highly recommended! 10-10

Replace bath and panel, re-grout sink., put up bathroom cabinet, replace shower rail, re-seat toilet outlet. Very pleased with the work done. Work to be carried out explained fully and updated with any developments. Minimal disruption and site left clean and tidy. Speedy response to any inquiries and amenable to any request.

Re-felting a shed roof Dan acted in a timely and professional manner. His advice was sound and I am pleased with his workmanship. I have already contacted him about other work I plan to have done.

Prepare and paint outside of house (all rendered). Clean and fix guttering. Dan and Tim were excellent workers. Prompt, reliable and trustworthy. Excellent standard of work. I would certainly recommend them to anybody considering painting, decorating and household maintenance.

Replacing flue cowl. Really efficient work, estimate & completion of work. Very pleased & would recommend.

Fitting a new electric shower unit. Dan has been polite and professional throughout. The work has been done efficiently and the relevant professionals. Discussed i.e. Electrician. Dan is going to send us an invoice, which we will then pass onto to our landlord for payment.

Putting up 9 curtain poles. Daniel came as a time that suited me to do the work. He was very friendly and got the job done very well. Everything was left tidy and curtain pols looked great.

Painting of lounge, hall, stairs and landing. Skirting boards, doors etc too. In addition to this, general handy man jobs such as drilling and putting furniture together. Dan was very helpful and friendly. No job was too much of a problem and no question too silly. The quality of his work was fantastic. He took so much care, and was very reliable. Will definitely use again.

Radiator sell off wall - 2nd time was worried about plaster and if it could be simple fix. Needed replacing with brackets. Dan was very friendly and helpful, seeing us at a time that suited us and at short notice. The job was completed efficiently and well below budget.

Fitted shower. Excellent service. Daniel came out at short notice, on a bank holiday to fit in job before he went on holiday.
