Decorating a newly renovated house from top to bottom. I recently got on the property ladder with a renovation project for a semidetached 3 bed. Dan was very efficient and considerate with his work and produced a top quality job on a very tight schedule. In addition he''s a really pleasant bloke to deal with. I''ll soon be extending the property later this year and am looking forwards to having Dan back over to decorate!

Dan has done a variety of jobs for us since we moved into our new house, from putting blinds /curtain poles up, to making bespoke shelves for our airing cupboard. Dan has always done a fantastic job and is friendly and personable. couldnt fault Dan for the work he did. Would thoroughly recommend him

A curtain pole was put up in the bedroom at my father''s house as the old one had come down My father lives away from us and is unable to do these small maintenance jobs himself. Daniela was very understanding and prompt in his attendance and with the work. We will definitely use him again should the need arise

Decoration of treatment rooms plus feature wall of wall paper Daniel arrived on time at the date we had agreed, the work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard I would have no problems recommending him to anyone that requires his services.

Painting Lounge:
Ceiling, walls and doors/skirting. Dan is a very professional, conscientious and friendly guy.

Decorate 2 rooms and hall.
Insert and finish stud board to replace internal window. Extremely pleased with work undertaken to a high standard. Thoroughly recommended.

Preparing and painting living room walls, woodwork and ceiling, fitting a new wall light. Boarding part of loft. Dan provided a fabulously professional service from the time he came to quote us to to the point he finished the job. Everything was left tidy and clean and the finish was of a high quality! Can’t wait for him to come back for the next job!

Painting of the living room and kitchen diner walls and ceilings, all the woodwork, seven doors in the hallway, skirting boards, and windowsills in two bedrooms and a hallway cupboard. Dan’s work is of a very high standard. He is friendly, professional and punctual. His website first drew my attention and had several high recommendations and his quote was very competitive. I was happy to wait several weeks as a busy company is a very good sign! I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel Gonzales and DMG Property Maintenance.

Re attaching a fascia board on side of conservatory. Very pleasant man, very polite came to view the problem and did it there and then very satisfied. Will use him again when required.

Laying a laminate floor. Dan laid a laminate floor in my bedroom and removed and replaced the skirting board. The job was completed to a very high standard and I am delighted with the result. Dan was polite, friendly and efficient and extremely helpful, for example by re-fitting the wardrobe doors which I had removed for painting. Dan''s charges were very reasonable and his approach throughout was very professional. I would recommend Dan very highly and have already asked him for a quote for further work.

Remove old sink, taps and work top and replace with new sink, taps, work top including change to pipework under sink. Daniel did an excellent job. He was very precise and accurate in all he did and we''re delighted with what he''s done. There were a number of complications during the work but he overcame them all professionally and competently. What was especially good was that he was able to do all the work himself which saved us having to find both a plumber and a carpenter. We''d definitely recommend Daniel and will no doubt be contacting him again when we have other work that needs doing

Painting of interior walls rubbing down of banister and skirting on stairs and repainting. Very satisfied will be using him again for all skirting and doors.

New wash hand basin and mixer tap installed.
We were very pleased with the quality of work and dedication shown by Daniel. We would happily recommend him and use him again.

To fit shower screen to bath and clad part of window shelf to enable shower to Walt without flooding window. Dan is a wonderful handyman. He took time to help us with a tricky project. It was a tailor made job. Which he took made an excellent job in doing it and we are extremely pleased. We would highly recommend Dan to any one needing help with lone improvements.

Conversion of bedroom in to a dog grooming parlour. Raised bath and related plumbing, moving door, work surfaces installed, vinyl floor laid, splash backs around bath and working area. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. The work was discussed all the way through as this was not a usual job. The work was done to a high standard and the site left clean and tidy.

Various - shelves up, water butts linked up, boiler box, plinth alteration, concrete post taken down. Excellent work. Friendly service. Flexible approach.
It is lovely to work with Daniel, he works to a high standard, tidies after himself and his prices are reasonable.

Office redecoration Not only did DMG Property Services provide quality service, they were very accommodating in fitting in to our time scale. A very honest and reliable worker.

Making good concrete floor after excavation for burst pipe. An excellent job. Very neatly and quickly done at less than the quoted price. I would certainly approach Daniel again.

Making of a light box to hold new extractor unit, followed by installing unit ready for electrician. Box in ducting around kitchen chimney hood. We chose DMG because of good references. Dan was very thorough in understanding what was required and helped with options and suggestions.

It was necessary to engage an electrician to complete each of the two jobs; again Dan helped with this, and he and the electrician worked together to produce an excellent result on each of the two jobs.

I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend DMG highly.

3 story townhouse- repainting of Hall Stairs and landings Daniel is polite and friendly, he came to quote and established an expected date for the work, also gave a costing which he confirmed by email later. a week before he confirmed the date was still on track, and arrived promptly as expected.

He was unobtrusive in the house and I was happy to leave him, on occasion, alone in the property.

He tidied and cleaned up at the end of each day and was very competent, the work was completed as he had planned and I am delighted with my hall and stairway.

After completing my work he completed another Job at my Fathers house, some painting both inside and out with additional plasterwork and reparation to window rot.
Here the same consideration was paid to my elderly father and he is also very happy with the standard or work.
