To fit shower screen to bath and clad part of window shelf to enable shower to Walt without flooding window. Dan is a wonderful handyman. He took time to help us with a tricky project. It was a tailor made job. Which he took made an excellent job in doing it and we are extremely pleased. We would highly recommend Dan to any one needing help with lone improvements.

Conversion of bedroom in to a dog grooming parlour. Raised bath and related plumbing, moving door, work surfaces installed, vinyl floor laid, splash backs around bath and working area. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. The work was discussed all the way through as this was not a usual job. The work was done to a high standard and the site left clean and tidy.

Various - shelves up, water butts linked up, boiler box, plinth alteration, concrete post taken down. Excellent work. Friendly service. Flexible approach.

Making good concrete floor after excavation for burst pipe. An excellent job. Very neatly and quickly done at less than the quoted price. I would certainly approach Daniel again.

Making of a light box to hold new extractor unit, followed by installing unit ready for electrician. Box in ducting around kitchen chimney hood. We chose DMG because of good references. Dan was very thorough in understanding what was required and helped with options and suggestions.

It was necessary to engage an electrician to complete each of the two jobs; again Dan helped with this, and he and the electrician worked together to produce an excellent result on each of the two jobs.

I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend DMG highly.

3 story townhouse- repainting of Hall Stairs and landings Daniel is polite and friendly, he came to quote and established an expected date for the work, also gave a costing which he confirmed by email later. a week before he confirmed the date was still on track, and arrived promptly as expected.

He was unobtrusive in the house and I was happy to leave him, on occasion, alone in the property.

He tidied and cleaned up at the end of each day and was very competent, the work was completed as he had planned and I am delighted with my hall and stairway.

After completing my work he completed another Job at my Fathers house, some painting both inside and out with additional plasterwork and reparation to window rot.
Here the same consideration was paid to my elderly father and he is also very happy with the standard or work.

DMG fitted out my loft with boards making excellent use of the eaves to maximize storage space. The work was carried out efficiently and as quoted to create the desired result. Friendly service with no mess left behind - a highly recommended tradesman.

Work completed was on 3 storeys of landings. This included painting of all walls, along with gloss work on bannisters, skirting boards and 13 doors. Dan also painted our downstairs toilet and glosswork. Dan done an excellent job and we are very happy with the work. We have already booked him for more work to be completed in the very near future. DMG Property Maintenance fitted a kitchen unit for me and took away the old unit. The work was done to an excellent standard and Daniel has been very helpful. He previously did some other work for me which was also very well done. I am very happy to recommend him and to say that his standard of work is very high. See above. Paint all 5 specific rooms mainly woodwork but some wall’s ceiling is too. Great work, very quick to quote and accommodate my timings. Great finished result too.

To completely redecorate wall and ceilings where necessary: - upstairs bedrooms, landing, stairs inc woodwork, hall inc woodwork, lounge. From start to finish Dan was very professional. The agreed work was completed with time so spare meaning he was even able to complete some extra bits and pieces, such as fitted the skirting boards back in the bedroom.
