Replacement of old washbasin in back porch by a new larger one suitable for hand-washing clothes.

Installation of external tap for garden watering.

Re-grouting of shower tiles. We first used DMG last August when we had a toilet flushing problem. They were recommended by the company that supplied and services our central heating boiler. The problem was immediately understood when explained over the phone and the next day Daniel Gonzalez came with the necessary replacement part and quickly installed it.

When we decided recently to replace our back porch washbasin we contacted Daniel who advised us on suitable replacements. When we had decided he changed his work schedule so that he could come quickly since we had travel commitments in the following week.

The work was done promptly and carefully with additional supports to cater for the additional size and weight. He pointed out that it made access to the existing internal hose tap more difficult and suggested the installation of an external tap which we gladly agreed to.

The work on the shower tiles was carried out using the appropriate materials and left a clean and nearly new look.

Decorating a newly renovated house from top to bottom. I recently got on the property ladder with a renovation project for a semidetached 3 bed. Dan was very efficient and considerate with his work and produced a top quality job on a very tight schedule. In addition he''s a really pleasant bloke to deal with. I''ll soon be extending the property later this year and am looking forwards to having Dan back over to decorate!

Dan has done a variety of jobs for us since we moved into our new house, from putting blinds /curtain poles up, to making bespoke shelves for our airing cupboard. A curtain pole was put up in the bedroom at my father''s house as the old one had come down My father lives away from us and is unable to do these small maintenance jobs himself. Daniela was very understanding and prompt in his attendance and with the work. We will definitely use him again should the need arise

Preparing and painting living room walls, woodwork and ceiling, fitting a new wall light. Boarding part of loft. Dan provided a fabulously professional service from the time he came to quote us to to the point he finished the job. Everything was left tidy and clean and the finish was of a high quality! Painting of the living room and kitchen diner walls and ceilings, all the woodwork, seven doors in the hallway, skirting boards, and windowsills in two bedrooms and a hallway cupboard. Re attaching a fascia board on side of conservatory. Very pleasant man, very polite came to view the problem and did it there and then very satisfied. Will use him again when required.

Laying a laminate floor. Dan laid a laminate floor in my bedroom and removed and replaced the skirting board. The job was completed to a very high standard and I am delighted with the result. Dan was polite, friendly and efficient and extremely helpful, for example by re-fitting the wardrobe doors which I had removed for painting. Dan''s charges were very reasonable and his approach throughout was very professional. I would recommend Dan very highly and have already asked him for a quote for further work.

Remove old sink, taps and work top and replace with new sink, taps, work top including change to pipework under sink. Daniel did an excellent job. He was very precise and accurate in all he did and we''re delighted with what he''s done. There were a number of complications during the work but he overcame them all professionally and competently. What was especially good was that he was able to do all the work himself which saved us having to find both a plumber and a carpenter. We''d definitely recommend Daniel and will no doubt be contacting him again when we have other work that needs doing

Painting of interior walls rubbing down of banister and skirting on stairs and repainting. Very satisfied will be using him again for all skirting and doors.

New wash hand basin and mixer tap installed.

To fit shower screen to bath and clad part of window shelf to enable shower to Walt without flooding window. Dan is a wonderful handyman. He took time to help us with a tricky project. It was a tailor made job. Which he took made an excellent job in doing it and we are extremely pleased. We would highly recommend Dan to any one needing help with lone improvements.

Conversion of bedroom in to a dog grooming parlour. Raised bath and related plumbing, moving door, work surfaces installed, vinyl floor laid, splash backs around bath and working area. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. The work was discussed all the way through as this was not a usual job. The work was done to a high standard and the site left clean and tidy.

Various - shelves up, water butts linked up, boiler box, plinth alteration, concrete post taken down. Excellent work. Friendly service. Flexible approach.
