To supply and make a door for storage cupboard. Including the frame and all materials.
To repair render at rear of property at the bottom by french doors followed by painting with paint supplied by customer.
Render to the front and side of property to make good crack, followed by painting.
To prep wood/metal on front porch and down pipe and then paint I found Daniel to be polite, friendly, hardworking and reliable. He arrived punctually each day and worked methodically through the various jobs. Daniel proved to be highly skilled and all work was completed to an excellent standard. I was very pleased with the results and would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel to others.

Painting hallway and landing, replacing kitchen sink and tap, replacing garden fence post. Daniel was very professional, polite and helpful. The work (which was varied) was all carried out to a high quality with no issues and everything left clean and tidy afterwards. Replacement of old washbasin in back porch by a new larger one suitable for hand-washing clothes.

Installation of external tap for garden watering.

Re-grouting of shower tiles. We first used DMG last August when we had a toilet flushing problem. They were recommended by the company that supplied and services our central heating boiler. The problem was immediately understood when explained over the phone and the next day Daniel Gonzalez came with the necessary replacement part and quickly installed it.

When we decided recently to replace our back porch washbasin we contacted Daniel who advised us on suitable replacements. When we had decided he changed his work schedule so that he could come quickly since we had travel commitments in the following week.

The work was done promptly and carefully with additional supports to cater for the additional size and weight. He pointed out that it made access to the existing internal hose tap more difficult and suggested the installation of an external tap which we gladly agreed to.

The work on the shower tiles was carried out using the appropriate materials and left a clean and nearly new look.

Decorating a newly renovated house from top to bottom. I recently got on the property ladder with a renovation project for a semidetached 3 bed. Dan was very efficient and considerate with his work and produced a top quality job on a very tight schedule. In addition he''s a really pleasant bloke to deal with. I''ll soon be extending the property later this year and am looking forwards to having Dan back over to decorate!

Dan has done a variety of jobs for us since we moved into our new house, from putting blinds /curtain poles up, to making bespoke shelves for our airing cupboard. A curtain pole was put up in the bedroom at my father''s house as the old one had come down My father lives away from us and is unable to do these small maintenance jobs himself.
