To repair a domestic garage door electric operator. The two men who came said they could not attempt the repairs as did not have the right equipment with them (as discussed). Quoted a very high price to replace with a new system. Took 2 weeks to reply to my letter of complaints after being contacted by the Norfolk Trading Standards. After further involvement with a trading standard office reduced their charge to £55.

The supply and install electrically operated full cassette folding arm awning c/w heaters. This is the second installation of this type undertaken by Cooks Blinds & Shutters for us in the last 12 months. On both occasions they have done a good quality professional job.
