Phoned Howard late Friday night as my power went off, he came round and sorted it. Felt silly as I overfilled the kettle. Nohting was a problem, love the fact he is on call 24 hours. As a lady on her own, I felt safe. His business card is next to the phone. He works 7 days a week so can be called anytime.

Lives locally and was able to attend an emergency as we had smoke coming out from the mains connection. Excellent service and really good value for money as some companies charge excessive amounts for emergency call outs. Really friendly and helpful company.

Have previously recommended Connect to friends. Advertises service 24/7 and has willingly attended on a Sunday and one evening 8.30 for electrical failures.
Pleasant, prompt service here for over 10 years. Always to a high standard and exactly as requested. Takes on both small and large jobs. Did all electrical work when my new kitchen was fitted but also came just to replace a sitting room light fitting.
Highly recommend.

Howard and his apprentice fitted two light fittings for me quickly and very professionally. They left everything clean and tidy, made helpful suggestions about positioning, and clearly know their trade well. The price was reasonable and I am really pleased with the result. I would highly recommend them.

Recently fitted a plug at very short notice, checked electrics in a new property I was buying and now have an appointment for them to fit my ceiling lights.

We had a big extension done and his great team done a complete electrical install gave great advice and recommendations of location and products and many other additions to other rooms adding sockets and lights. Have recommended to family. Will use again.
