Howard and his team at Connect Electrical, Norwich, are my 'go-to' electricians. They are so personable and reliable, do an excellent job by always doing what the customers want (unless it is not feasible or unsafe) and very tidy too.

Phoned Howard late Friday night as my power went off, he came round and sorted it. Felt silly as I overfilled the kettle. Nohting was a problem, love the fact he is on call 24 hours. As a lady on her own, I felt safe. His business card is next to the phone. He works 7 days a week so can be called anytime.

Lives locally and was able to attend an emergency as we had smoke coming out from the mains connection. Excellent service and really good value for money as some companies charge excessive amounts for emergency call outs. Really friendly and helpful company.
