Connect Electrical

We had a big extension done and his great team done a complete electrical install gave great advice and recommendations of location and products and many other additions to other rooms adding sockets and lights. Have recommended to family. Will use again.

We first used Connect Electrical when we had a new electric fire fitted and needed an electric socket to isolate the fire. While they were there I asked for a quote to change a single single socket for a double, which was offered and done immediately. I was impressed to see the use of a small level to make sure the socket was aligned. They offered to take a quick look at other small electrical jobs, and when I mentioned that the fire alarms had never worked since we bought the house new that job too was immediately done and to a darn high standard! A few years later, we had Connect-Electrical back to replace the main fuse box to meet modern standards and install an outside weather proofed double socket for a water feature. Moving forward to last year, we'd down-sized and moved to a bungelow. A survey of the property had recommended that the "DIY electrics" in the attic be replaced, and we needed new lighting in the attic, another new fuse box and external socket fitted, all of which were done to a very high standard. While doing the rewiring in the atttic, Connect-Electrical discovered a serious issue with the gas supply that was potentially dangerous (someone had cut through the gas pipe leaving on a butterfly switch to prevent a leak). They recommended a qualified fitter, and after I called, spoke to him on my behalf, and the issue was resolved within hours. We'd had surveyors, roofers, plumbers beforehand who'd not spotted the issue (which had been hidden under insulation removed), but Connect-Electrical did. Their reaction and concern is just one more example of why they will be my first choice for any future electical work Obviously, I've used Connect Electrical on several occasions already. Each time they've impressed more. Five stars with laurel leaves and I absolutely recommend them.
