Mike has done an incredible job flooring our two bathrooms and fitting carpet on our awkward stairs.
Great communication throughout the whole project. He recommended the best product for us and worked very hard to get the job done before my husband returned home from hospital.
I am so greatful to Mike and the excellent service he provoded.
I have already recommeded him to several people. Whether its a small job like mine or large job, he treats all work with apprieciation and professionalism.

Have used Concept before, then, and now, they have done a fantastic job. Mike gave us good honest advice, nothing was to much trouble, very efficient, tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend them will use them again.

Had a very uneven downstairs floor and wasn't sure where to start. Mike was very professional, made my options clear and provided a very competitive quote. Work was completed on time, no stress and no mess left behind. Would highly recommend!

Concept fitted new carpets in 3 bedrooms. From my first enquiry to completion of the job, I received excellent service - polite, friendly, efficient and very respectful of my home. Carefully moved and replaced all furniture and fitted the carpets perfectly. Highly recommended and much appreciated - thank you Mike and all the team.

Massive thanks to Mike at concept carpets he was absolutely brilliant. He fitted my lounge and both bedrooms with carpets and underlay plus my hall and toilet with vinyl. If you're thinking about new flooring definitely give these guys a shout.

He came round in his time frame I found him to honest. He had lots of different products and was very knowledgeable on his products. He also helped pick out the right style carpet that needed for my space. He fitted my carpets and blinds quickly and the price I think was great. And with in a good time frame as well. I would definitely recommend to people wanting new carpets or blinds. I love my carpet and blinds.

Prompt and professional service. Was wanting new flooring for high traffic area of home. Knowledgeable advice recieved from Mike, with lots of choice of flooring. Very happy with the end result.
