Canary Guttering

We have been using Canary guttering Norwich for many years and they always do a fast, professional job, Always very fairly priced and they work so hard and are a very friendly team.

I cannot recommend Canary guttering high enough for their consistent fantastic service, this year we decided to have the full clean of the house as well as the guttering, et cetera and it was absolutely phenomenal the care that they took and the detail they go into. I thought my house looked like a shiny pin but it’s absolutely gleaming now on the outside. It will be lovely when it rains now that we don’t have overflow as all the downpipes were full of leaves.

Matty was very quick to respond to my email and came out within a few days to unblock and repair our gutters. They're a really friendly team and we would definitely use them again.

I had a blocked down pipe which allowed rain to get into my garage, I needed a fast response. Matt and his colleague came within two hours of my call to them. They quickly identified and fixed the problem, I would recommend and use again.

Within 15 minutes of my initial phone call they were round unblocking my guttering. Extremely helpful, responsive and trustworthy. Another company had told me I would have to have all of the guttering replaced at a cost of £1,500. 2 separate gutters needed to be linked by a custom made T-junction, to avoid the need to excavate the soak away leading away from 1 gutter and fall pipe. As noted above the solution proposed by my insurers would have involved digging up a bed full of plants which my late wife had selected and plants. This simpler solution was effectively carried out to produce the pleasing effect to both saving those plants, and affording the means of draining away rainfall via another nearby gutter and soak away.

Canary guttering were called in to put right a botched guttering and Facia job by another contractor. The job was fully reviewed and I was given a full explanation of what was needed to put things right and an estimate of the cost. The job was agreed and booked. I should has gone to a trusted trader in the firs instance. Canary guttering guys turned up just before 8 am on the agreed date. They showed me the correct and superior materials they were using and just got on with the job. They were professional very friendly throughout. The workmanship was very good and done pleased and relived that the job was done and left confident that a good job had been done thoroughly recommend Canary guttering. Guttering bracket damaged, leaking rain water I contacted Canary Guttering without knowing quite what the problem was. They arrived same day and diagnosed the problem. They were able to order part and returned a few days later to repair on the day specified.
All work seem good and I was satisfied with their work.

Replaced soak away pipe. The firm had to dig a trench 4 meters long to remove old soak away pipe and dig out tree roots. Work started at 8:45 and was completed by 13:00, including making good and reconnecting down pipe. In fact they removed part of that too. I am very impressed with speed and professionalism of this company.

To replace a very old cast iron drain pipe with new plastic pipe and hopper I am extremely pleased with the result of the above work, especially that the wall damage around the pipe was made good and the area left clean and tidy. Also leaking and cap on back gutter. Called Canary Guttering at approx 9.30 AM and asked if them could look at our leaky guttering. As they were in the area they called to look at the job at 10.30 AM. Fixed the two leaks and cleaned out back gutter of moss and leaves etc. Excellent. Would highly recommend.

To clear soakaway and put in new pipe by digging up concrete and tarmac. Matthew and assistant arrived on time as arranged and worked all day to dig out soakaway and pipe and lay a new pipe and left the area very tidy. I would recommend Matthew for further work.
