Gutter bracket/junction replacement. I already had a very positive experience into it (work at 18 Harvey Lane, NR7), so was confident of a good approach and outcome. Was delighted that initiative taken and work completed before I arrived at the address at pre-arranged time. The operative’s attitude is ultra positive and a real asset.

Repair to guttering which had come adrift. The guttering was a bit short from previous installer. If I have any further problems will come back and do something more extensive. Michael responded quickly to my call and came to look at the gutter the next day. He explained the work to be done then & there, as well as the cost. He came on time, the following day to complete the work. This was done quickly, neatly and to a good standard. He was very friendly and was happy to answer questions. An invoice was given but no breakdown. No guarantee but he said to call if there were any problems. We were happy.

The proprietor was professional, could see the problems, noticed there was a wasps' nest and immediately said he would deal with that much to my relief, and provisionally measured for gutter replacement so he could give me a verbal estimate. He advised on size and type of gutter i.e. UPVC and send me a written quotation.
