Within 15 minutes of my initial phone call they were round unblocking my guttering. Extremely helpful, responsive and trustworthy. Another company had told me I would have to have all of the guttering replaced at a cost of £1,500. Canary Guttering Services confirmed it was just the downpipe that was blocked and sorted it out on the spot for under £100.

Have used Canary Guttering previously. Both times I received same day replies to initial enquiry. I was able to send photos of problems involved and received quote next day. First time involved replacing guttering. Second time was smaller repair and clearing a blocked gutter corner. I felt both quotes were fair and appointment to carry out work was timely. Great guys polite and respectful of property & cleared up after. I would certainly contact again & recommend.

Had guttering, soffits and fascia boards replaced. Also they re-roofed my small lobby room on the back of my house. All done very professionally and efficiently. Would recommend this company if you need this type of work to be done. Also, have used their gutter cleaning service which I would also recommend.

2 separate gutters needed to be linked by a custom made T-junction, to avoid the need to excavate the soak away leading away from 1 gutter and fall pipe. As noted above the solution proposed by my insurers would have involved digging up a bed full of plants which my late wife had selected and plants. This simpler solution was effectively carried out to produce the pleasing effect to both saving those plants, and affording the means of draining away rainfall via another nearby gutter and soak away.

Canary guttering were called in to put right a botched guttering and Facia job by another contractor. The job was fully reviewed and I was given a full explanation of what was needed to put things right and an estimate of the cost. The job was agreed and booked. I should has gone to a trusted trader in the firs instance. Canary guttering guys turned up just before 8 am on the agreed date. They showed me the correct and superior materials they were using and just got on with the job. They were professional very friendly throughout. The workmanship was very good and done pleased and relived that the job was done and left confident that a good job had been done thoroughly recommend Canary guttering. Their workmanship professionality and friendliness gives you peace of mind.

Guttering bracket damaged, leaking rain water I contacted Canary Guttering without knowing quite what the problem was. They arrived same day and diagnosed the problem. They were able to order part and returned a few days later to repair on the day specified.

Replaced soak away pipe. The firm had to dig a trench 4 meters long to remove old soak away pipe and dig out tree roots. Work started at 8:45 and was completed by 13:00, including making good and reconnecting down pipe. In fact they removed part of that too. I am very impressed with speed and professionalism of this company.

Suggested the possible work but was very clear that it was cosmetic and the repair was completely functional, not pushy and I didn't feel here was any attempt to sell further work I didn't need, just an explanation of my options. Friendly and professional so would recommend.

Due to conservatory roof scaffolding was needed and this was all arranged for us. On agreed day the next week scaffolding arrived, erected gutter and fascia replaced, old due removed (Matthew kindly offered to do this), everything tidied up scaffolding removed - all in 4 hours. Very happy with work.

Matthew gave me a price for clearing then checked it over, saw it was blocked and cleared it then and there. I asked for a replacement price in case it needed doing in the future as it is all very old and he gave me a price for that too.

To provide a quote to replace a line of straight black plastic guttering (no corners or down pipes) approx 15 metres long. A jovial young man (I can't recall his name, it might have been Seamus) turned up at 8.30 one Monday morning. I can't recall WHICH Monday morning this was. It has long since disappeared into the mists of time. Suffice it to say that since his visit, an unlikely football team has won the English Premier League, Terry Wogan has died, the A11 dual carriageway between Thetford and Mildenhall has been completed, a Briton has won Wimbledon, Britain has voted to leave the EU and we''ve had a change of Prime Minister.
Anyway, Seamus (or whatever his name was) duly took out his tape measure, made a few jottings in his notebook and promised to get back to me with an estimate or a quote. He then went on his way to his next job, which was in Great Yarmouth. I can't recall how or why I remember that his next call was in Great Yarmouth, but I suppose when your one and only contact with Canary Guttering is one flying visit and a fleeting exchangs of words, one tends to remember such mind numbingly boring details.
Sadly, I cannot comment (offensively or otherwise) on whether the gutter workmanship was of a reasonable standard, nor whether it was value for money, because my new gutter turned out....quite literally....to be a pipe dream. You see I never heard from Canary Guttering again.
I am happy to recommend Canary Guttering to prospective customers who are looking for an estimator with a colourful van, one who doesn't nick your silver or try to goose your wife when she answers the door in her dressing gown, and really doesn't care if their gutter continues to leak in several places long after their first contact with the firm. Investigated two leaking down pipes. Repaired and secured one and found the problem with the other. The problem with the front down pipe recurred. Replacing rear gutters with deep flow. After another firm failed to solve an overflow problem, I went to Canary Guttering after a friend recommended them. Matthew replaced all the rear gutters and is confident that they will solve the overflow problem. He said he would come back for no extra charge if the problem continued.

Fitting new sealing strips to leaking guttering, then testing to ensure remedial work done was "successful ". Arrived when previously agreed visit would be. Problem speedily assessed and work needed to remedy the joints leaking on the guttering agreed. Price stated at that time, which was kept to.
Joints dismantled, cleaned and reassembled with new seals fitted. Tested to ensure works done cured leaks and that guttering free running and no debris, blockages, present.
Thoroughly professional, yet friendly, throughout the visit.

A very large hedge & roots had to be removed for them to fit a new fence. The area was sloped and at an angle. The garden level was approx. 3ft higher than the path level at the angled point. So, not an easy job! 2 conifers & roots were also removed. The outcome was incredible! All work was completed perfectly. The fence is very sturdy and looks great. All mess was totally cleared up. A great job! :-) I was very wary of using Tradesmen after several bad experiences (NOT people from Trusted Trader). Canary Guttering came highly recommended from a friend, and I can assure people you need not have any apprehensions of these guys. They are hard working, friendly, reliable and helpful with advice. They have done 2 other jobs for me since the ''Big hedge'' as above. I am also booking them for a further job.I can totally recommend these guys!

Check guttering to establish why water was running down the wall instead of the down pipe. Clean or repair guttering. The workman arrived withing 30 mins of my telephone call, because he was in the area. He was extremely friendly, polite and professional. Having established that the drain was not blocked as he expected, but that the guttering had become dislodged, he quickly carried out the repair, without mess or fuss. I would definitely recommend Canary Guttering to others.

Cleaned all gutters (incl. conservatory & garage) & made a repair to one down pipe. Made an initial visit to review work, proposing a less expensive repair to a leaking down pipe than I had proposed. Fixed and made second visit to complete the work – seemed thorough & efficient, though I can’t confirm that until it rains heavily! NB – we have many large trees so leaf blockage is a major problem.

Michael responded quickly to my call and came to look at the gutter the next day. He explained the work to be done then & there, as well as the cost. He came on time, the following day to complete the work. This was done quickly, neatly and to a good standard. He was very friendly and was happy to answer questions. An invoice was given but no breakdown. No guarantee but he said to call if there were any problems. We were happy.

The proprietor was professional, could see the problems, noticed there was a wasps' nest and immediately said he would deal with that much to my relief, and provisionally measured for gutter replacement so he could give me a verbal estimate. He advised on size and type of gutter i.e. UPVC and send me a written quotation.

Repair to front gutter. Appointment was made for Sunday because of pressure of work – in fact he was able to come on Saturday & phoned before coming. Very satisfied with the work, in fact this is the second time this year we have used Canary Guttering & we are very happy with the week carried out.
