We are tree consultants, professional tree surgeons, and landscape gardeners based in Norwich, Norfolk. We have a high level of expertise in tree care, garden landscape design, and consultancy.

Ace of Spades were very prompt to come and sort out my awful hedge and trees. The were very professional, did a good job and tidied up after themselves. Ace of Spades advertised in a local magazine. I had not other recommendation, however their membership of trusted trader gave me confidence.

felling of conifer and of dead cherry tree, formnative pruning of roses, apple, hazel, sycamore. Reduction in height of conifer hedge (leylandii), prune privet, herbicide to front and rear garden, clear all waste. Very courteous, explains everything clearly, gives plenty of professional advice for a client to make an informed decision as to what they want doing. Kept me updated throughout the day (I was not on site whilst the work was being done).
This was the first time I had used the firm (from Trusted Trader listing)and would definitely use again and recommend. My neighbours have already asked for contact details! Great job, reasonable cost.

My garden was overgrown and really needed sorted. Mike was understanding and discussed the work required. The main work has been completed, including the removal of two trees, grass cutting and getting the garden under control. We now have a regular maintenance plan and are still working together to create an easily maintainable garden. Would highly recommend this company and intend to use them for all my garden work from now on.

Hedge cutting, and cutting down of Elderberry tree. Not having used Ace of Spades before I was delighted at the thoroughly professional service they provided.
Punctual, tidy, safety conscious, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would have no hesitancy in recommending them.

Inspect and reshape/remove dead wood from Silver Birch.
Prepare site, treat chafer grubs and returf lawn area.
Spring lawn maintenance - Spike,topdress, feed and second treatment for chafer grubs. This work has been carried out over three separate occasions and at each one Mike explained exactly what work he considered should be carried out, but did not pressurise.
He carried out the work when he said he would and left the site clean and tidy.
I have contacted him for further lawn advice and he has always been willing to give help.

Pruning to roses and other shrubs, spraying of weeds and tree work. First time we have used this company. Very pleased with work carried out especially tree work and pruning.
Weed control very good in some areas but weak in others. Under the willow tree no difference has been made and will appreciate Mike coming back to have a look, which I know he will, and would have already done so if I had contacted him sooner.
Only wish he could supply me with someone to help me with general garden care, as we are so very busy and I don''t seem to catch up in the garden!
