Remove existing bath, WC basin unit and wall unit install new supplied over existing areas. Drain down heating, alter pipework to change radiator to towel warmer. Install sink tap in kitchen labour and installation materials. This is a great company that lived up to their reputation.

Cloakroom
Remove existing cloakroom, install new cloakroom as supplied by customer. Alter pipe work as required to tidy up things. Install new toilet in same position, wall hung basin and basin unit. Tile above basin and window all. Labour 1.5 days and installation materials.
Excellent standard of workmanship, very tidy, suggested and made other improvements during the job. Completely trustworthy. Highly recommended, I used Matt and Nigel last year to re-fit upstairs bathroom and so this is repeat business. Only downside is that they are busy so you need to get in a queue - but they are busy because they are good!!!

Carry out various works to convert brick walled hallway to drylined, batten ceiling for spot lights.
Bespoke cupboard as customer design. Supply and install new utility area.
Self level floors and install Karndean flooring.
Ater radiators and install new.
Hang doors, door linings x 2, skirting architraves and many more items. 2 and 1/2 days labor and material supply. Excellent work, as always and a pleasure to have in the house.

Bathroom modernization, move basin, take out bath and install shower quachart with digital pumped shower, tile walls, plug and amties floor area. Install basin and WC on amties. Install shower way and screen. Alteration of all H and C supplies and waste. Labour 12 man days and materials.

Supply and install kitchen with appliances, self level floor area, supply and install amuture flooring (225 meters square).
Completed 9th March 2018. We were very pleased with the installation.

Various little job, arrived home, change outside lighting and interior lighting. (Supply some lighting)
Install small area of left boarding (supply materials, cut out silicone in shower bay and re-silicone when dry.
Labor 1.75 days and materials. As always, Matt and Nigel did an excellent job to the very high standard.

Kitchen alterations.
Remove existing worktops, alter unit positions, install sink unit to replace Belfast sink unit.
Machine square edge worktops with 2 curves and 2 joints. Install workingtops.
Install new sink and plumb up.
Labor (3.25 man days)and some materials including worktop, sink top and installation materials)
Completed 13/3/18. As always excellent service, excellent finish, we have no complaints what so ever.

Removal of load bearing wall between kitchen and dining room. Carry out checks with CNC, install lintel and plasterboard to CNC guidelines.
Make good walls and ceiling. Install coving in kitchen and dining room. Alter electrics as required, covered by kitchen P/P test.
A professional job as usual carried out in a considerate and friendly fashion.

Cloak room
Remove old cloakroom suite and radiator.
Install new radiator and other pipe work to new position, refit system.
Install basin with unit, tile floor in cloakroom, after raising main pipe work and incorporate within WC unit.
Install concealed cistern and pan. Tile above basin.
Install work top and cill board.
Labor and materials (except tiles) AHS fitted our new kitchen in 2017.
Attention to detail was amazing.
Likewise with our new cloakroom.
Perfect tradesmen in all aspects, full of ideas and reasonable cost.
We will be using them to install a new bathroom.

Complete bathroom installation.
Installation carried out to courteous plan and requirements, with additional works to replace and repair plaster board walls. New ceiling, ply floor and Amtico. Quality units and sanitary ware.
Labor 14.5 man days and all materials completed 19 /1/2018 We would definitely recommend Matt and Nigel to others.
They are conscientious, skilled craftsmen, excellent time keepers and considerate about making a mess and tidying up at the end of every day.

Cloak room.

Install new tiles around room up to 1300 high, install new Chrome towel Unit.
Self level floor and install anotes install units for basin and concealed Cistern.
Install basin and pan.
Supply floor for hall and cupboard labor and materials completed. So gratful to have found AHS Ltd and will definitely use them again.

Skilled craftsmen, great blokes kept us informed and talked through any decisions to be made with us.

Flooring.
Up lift 4m square exactly flooring, install floor tumblers to level area.
Reinstall floor boards.
Cover 20 m square with fiber board under lay and install engineered flooring through hall and dining room.
Install timber quadrant and threshold strip where required (customer supplied floor and underlying) labor (5.5 mandays) and some materials. Completed 5/1/18 Before work started Matt and Nigel discussed with us various options to rectify floor levels.
This was done in a way that was informative and non pressured.

Replace poly carbonate roofing in small conservatory not with glass easy clean eco panels. Replace all glazing bars to suit new glass dimensions. Deglaze bathroom window and install new Flemish glass fixed with timber beading.
Labor ( 2 man days ) and all materials. Excellent service from Matt and Nigel - as always!

Supply and install 5 internal doors, 5 normal and 1 bathroom latch.
Fill up old latch holes and cut in new at required height.
2 man days and all material.

Completed 1/12/2017 Matt and Nigel were very helpful, tidy and considerate.
They spoke to me telling me what how and when as they worked during the day.

Various Jobs.

Carryout various jobs around customers home - ranging from soffit replacement, door panel replacement, easing doors to new carpet,altering and fixing back boxing and installing roller blind. Labor only. 1-75 man days. As always,Matt and Nigel did a fantastic job. The quality of their work is outstanding and they are a pleasure to have in the house. I would not hesitate in recommending them.Thanks guys.

Bathroom
Remove and dispose of old bath suite and tiling. Install low level shower bay to replace bath. Tile 10m2 wall tiles, install WC and basin units and sanity ware, self level floor and install customer amtico. Install shower screen and shower.
Labor and materials. Completed 13/10/2017. As always Matt and Nigel were excellent in all areas of work. This is the 4th time we have used their services. We are going to use them for more work soon.

Main shower room.
Remove existing bathroom suite, remove stud wall, move over and rebuild. Install shower bay, mixer shower, 3 units with W top and basin. Over board floor and install Amtico. Install toilet, tile around room where required to design. Labour and all materials. Completed 28/09/2017. Professional approach taken towards refurbishment of main bathroom.
Good communication about progress of work.
No mess. Work completed to a very high standard.

Ensuite shower room.
Carry out installation including new shower tray, screen, WC, basin and unit, mixer, over ply floor and Amitico. Tiling shower area and other areas. Installed as design. Labour and all materials. Completed 28/9/2017. En suite refurbishment completed successfully. Professional approach. No mess.
Debris cleared away. Some advice given about new installation.

Cloak room and kitchen sink. Remove and replace cloakroom suite including alteration of pipe work and fitting. Remove old kitchen sink / tap. Cut worktop and install new franke sink and tap. Supply all materials and labour. Completed 28/09/2017. This was a minor job. But as usual carried out to a high standard. Tidy site maintained. Old sanitary ware disposed off.

Kitchen installations
Carried out on a sub contractor basis with Magret. Design and price agreed between Magret and customer. AHS carried out profit survey to check measure and advise amendments. Carried out kitchen installation and completed 7/7/2017 Completely satisfied with all aspects of work undertaken to fit our new magnets kitchen.
