We wanted to expand our downstairs living space to accommodate our family needs. We contacted a number of local builders to talk through our plans. We had no previous interactions with Roberts Building services but they were recommended by our architect.

Chris from Roberts Building services was helpful from the onset. We talked through ideas and he gave helpful suggestions which we hadn’t considered. We got quotes from 3 builders. We decided to proceed with Roberts Building Services, based on our initial experience with them. Their quote was mid range and we felt it seemed reasonable and we felt they would be trustworthy and honest.

Our project commenced on time as informed by Chris. We had multiple tradespeople on site under his management, each skilled in their trade and delivering high quality. As our project progressed, we made some tweaks to our original plan. We’d never had such a big project done before and relied on Chris’ expertise to help us make the right choices. One example was we changed the layout of our utility room to accommodate a bigger shower room rather than just a downstairs toilet.

Our build project was still underway when the first covid restrictions were enforced. These caused significant impacts for the whole country and resulted in the cost of many building resources spiralling. Chris managed this situation well, kept us informed and got the build finished as soon as possible.

We love our extension and it’s made a considerable positive impact to our family living space.

We’ve recommended Roberts Building Services to several other people based on our positive experience. Our project was built to fulfil our needs so it’s unlikely we will need further building work again. However, if the situation was to arise where we were to consider another building project we would contact Roberts Building services from the onset.

Roberts Building Services worked on the conversion of a property in Prince of Wales Road to become the offices of Norfolk Community Law Service (NCLS). This involved constructing meeting rooms, a disabled toilet, a reception area and office space on the ground floor and converting the first floor for use as offices. Roberts handled all aspects of the works included plumbing and electrics. Their ability to solve inevitable problems that came up during the works was so helpful and took on all aspects on communication with Building Control. All concerned with this project were very pleased with the conversion works and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We had a complete remodel of a 1960's bungalow which included new floors,new roof,new heating, new drainage, electrics and full plumbing installation. Bungalow was extended comprehensively.
Chris was always responsive to our queries and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Alex and Chris looked after us completely and if needed again they would be our first choice.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Chris and the team created an open plan living area for me and completely renovated my kitchen and bathroom area. They also expertly fit a new conservatory and re-floored the entire house for me.

I have had nothing but consistently superb service from them; and both the quality and efficiency of their work is evident in the final result. They are totally reliable, and everything was left clear and tidy after they were finished.
