Earlier this year they put in a new boiler & Rads. We have since had them back to do more work, moving rads and repositioning them elsewhere. Their quality of work is exceptional, they turn up when they say they are coming, they are polite, friendly and go the extra mile to do their jobs with pride and commitment. They always clean up after they have finished. We would and will have them back to renew our bathroom next year.

Lee answered our call for a problem we considered possibly urgent in nature. He was with us promptly inspite of being out of town at the time of calling. He arrived when he said he would and quickly set about investigating the source of the problem. This was not a simple task given the boxed in plumbing and 'unusual' connections. He was patient, courteous and respectful of our property. An overall pleasure to work. We will be calling on him in the future and would not hesitate in recommending to family and friends. Lee managed to squeeze in our emergency toilet leak this morning at very short notice and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Very impressed with customer service and price of work, especially for a Saturday. Will definitely use again for other work needed in the future. And will be recommending to friends. Excellent service. Lee came to repair a faulty boiler in mid winter. Soon had it working again and provided various options for future consideration. Decided to replace the boiler and fit a new system. Work carried out to very high standard and additional work carried out too so that everything was neat and tidy.
