Lee answered our call for a problem we considered possibly urgent in nature. He was with us promptly inspite of being out of town at the time of calling. He arrived when he said he would and quickly set about investigating the source of the problem. This was not a simple task given the boxed in plumbing and 'unusual' connections. He was patient, courteous and respectful of our property. An overall pleasure to work. We will be calling on him in the future and would not hesitate in recommending to family and friends. Lee managed to squeeze in our emergency toilet leak this morning at very short notice and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Excellent service. Lee came to repair a faulty boiler in mid winter. Soon had it working again and provided various options for future consideration. Decided to replace the boiler and fit a new system. Work carried out to very high standard and additional work carried out too so that everything was neat and tidy.
