To trace an electrical fault and rectify, with halogen lights in my kitchen. Half lights weren’t working and the fuse had blown. Very helpful and friendly. Explained what he was doing as he worked. Labour: call out & two hours. To fit my replacement new units to ceilings; bathroom light cord – pull, hall light fitting; and fit replacement outside lantern to brickwork. Mr. Brister exceeded my expectations very well. He fitted in my urgent repair but managed also to find time to do some extra repairs. He worked carefully & efficiently. His time was good value too. He even educated me about why certain cheap or badly done jobs are unsafe. This inspired trust. I will be booking him for the rest of the electrical works I need.

Have used this trader before. Did a good. Came up with some good ideas which helped me.

£35 callout charges/hour. £3 parts (socket). Paul Bristek was very friendly, helpful and polite and took his shoes off as he entered our house which alist of caller/traders don’t do if in the future I need any electrical work etc done. He will be the first one I ring. But I do think the call-out charge could have been smaller £25/30 pound.

Paul has gone out of his way to help & advise me of the electrical work I should have done and to complete and fit the work in when convenient for me. I have recommended him to friends in the village & we all agree he is first class.

Work carried out promptly & fully, & all was fully explained.
