General cleaning You would hard pressed to find a better service.

domestic cleaning I have been a satisfield customer for several years. Norclean has been reliable and delivered a satisfactory service. I have also had continuity with the same lead cleaner, first Gerry, who is excellent and such a good ambassador for your company and then PIP, who is a loyal hardworking girl.

Some of the assistants you have sent her were poor quality and seemed to have had the minimum training from Norclean. This makes it very difficult for the lead cleaner who has to face the customer on a regular basis, whereas others just come and go.

I believe it is very important to maintain your service to your regular customers when holiday let periods peak.

The laundry service has been on the whole quite satisfactory. I do like the ability to leave my laundry for collection and returning. As a suggestion how about having some purpose made laundry bags with your logo on to be left with regular customers to insert the laundry, rather than just leaving it on the bedroom floor for collection.

Price wise you are at the top end and I may think again about to continuing to use you if you increase your prices. This is now a price sensitive service and there are others available in my area, doing as satisfactory jobs. However, it is a personal service and I am not one to change easily.

Cleaning, occasional ironing and Home Help I have used Norfolk Cleaning since last summer to help my Mum at home. They have proved reliable and provide an excellent service.

Regular cleaning of the communal areas of a block of 23 apartments. Absolutely faultless. Staff are polite & hardworking.

House keeping and laundry for holiday let property I use Norfolk Cleaning to clean and prepare my holiday home for holiday lets. All tenants have remarked how well presented the property is on their arrival. I have found NC to be very accommodating and flexible to deal with.

cleaning of holiday let, dusting , hoovering,changing beds. very friendly nice workers but on occasions missed areas to be cleaned resulting in customers complaints to me and the company i use to book rental for the cottage.

General domestic cleaning & ironing. The cleaners always arrive at the agreed time. They are very pleasant & willing. Generally I am very pleased with their work but sometimes. I have to remind them that dirt also accumulate above head height, as wall lights & cobwebs are not always dealt with.

Complete deep clean of my elderly mother''s house so that it was pristine for her when she came out of hospital. Really easy to deal with, straightforward and gave me realistic estimates of the cost which they stuck to. Very prompt, liaised direct with a neighbour for access. I would wholeheartedly recommend.
