General cleaning, windows and carpet cleaning It’s that time of year, winter is approaching, Christmas is around the corner, family and friends are always coming over, so I organised to get my whole house cleaned from the professionals at The Norfolk Cleaning.
I couldn’t believe my eyes what I thought was clean wasn’t until they worked there magic on my house. Just have a scroll through my photos and see just how sparkling and clean everything is.

Cottage cleaning. We got The Norfolk Cleaning Group to service the new cottage we were going to move into. Although we agreed on only cleaning carpets and disinfection of two bathrooms, when Gerry arrived we had a look at the flat together. She is very professional, trustworthy and honest. She definitely respects what she is doing and is very helpful to the customer. I kindly asked for cleaning of some walls with a lot of stains which we couldn’t reach. During the time they spent in the cottage, Nigel and Matty did an amazing job, including further cleaning of several places they’ve seen dirty. Cottage was literally shining at the end. They worked really quickly and neatly. It’s not easy to find such companies as Norfolk Cleaning Group that are committed to deliver what’s agreed. I definitely recommend The Norfolk Cleaning Group to everyone! And sure, after we move, we will continue to use and recommend their services!

We asked for a thorough clean of the property that we were moving into. My husband went around with Sean and told him what we required to be cleaned. Carpets, windows and a thorough house clean. The help from the company as to meeting and going through the house and seeing what was required was good. On arrival at the property on moving in day, the carpets were cleaned satisfactorily. The cleaning of the property was disappointing. Windows were missed, no skirting had been cleaned at all in the house. Cupboards were missed. The whole clean was very slapdash. Very disappointed.

Oven Clean. I Expected the hob and knobs to be gleaming but they didn't look touched. Quite expensive for what it was. Main oven was clean. The team were helpful by dropping the keys back to my home address - Thank you.

To clean 40 large windows. Brilliant Service lovely people to deal with in office deliveries jobs done.

Timekeeping regarding arrival somewhat tardy, but it's difficult to know whether this is because delay in prior job that day or changes to schedules by office staff.

Cleaning conservatory inside and out. Not perfect but very good. Better then I could ever do. The office wasn't good. Initially the man only was washed with cleaning the outside. This was corrected by phone and the job was done as required.

Cleaning have after builders lad finished their work. I was not originally told that the price I was given did not include VAT. This made the total cost _____ expensive. Workforce were very pleasant and efficient.

Sheets laundered I am very pleased to find a company who makes a good job of laundering one sheate and is happy to do so on an occasional basis.

We have used the Norfolk Cleaning Company for several years for general household cleaning and on the whole have been happy with the arrangement. It is a reliable service, flexible and willing to meet our requirements. The cleaners are very professional and courteous and do a good job. We also use the laundry service regularly and it is very good indeed.

Today we used their oven cleaning service and I would like to say how pleased we are with the result. Our oven looks sparklingly clean and looks like new. Thank you! We have used the Norfolk Cleaning Company for several years, but today was the first time we had them clean our oven. Lauren at the company headquarters gave us a price and a time and date for the work. Two cleaners whom we know, as they usually come here to do the household cleaning, turned up to do the oven job. They were professional, courteous and conscientious and did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result.

Domestic cleaning. I have been very happy with the workers and the quality of work done, they have been very thorough, professional and considerate.

General cleaning (House). We would prefer cleaners to change from outdoor shoes.
If they finish early could they often to do another job. Some of them do this, but others leave early. After all, we are paying for the time!

Cleaning my bungalow throughout. A regular arrangements working two cleaning units of 2 man hours per month. I am very satisfied with this firm.

Ironing. Good service all round would prefer some plastic covers to be used on clothes. Recycling could be better.

4 hours cleaning per week.

Downstairs room only; sometimes cleaning inside windows. Generally speaking the workmanship is quite good. Time keeping could be better.

Dusting, washing all floors vacuum all over cleaning windows lenses dusting all doors. Some cleaners are better then others. The pair that came to-day (4.10.2016) were very thorough.

General household cleaning 2 hrs fortnightly. Work satisfactory, no complaints.

Cleaning house. Hoovering/dusting/polishing. Washing kitchen and bathroom floors. Occasional making of beds cleaning of entrance porch. This firm is, on the whole reliable, although we do sometimes have a problem with the time they choose to arrive - We have always asked for a mid morning arrival and quite often. They want to come at lunch time (or 9 AM) which is very inconvenient. I also worry about security as the two cleaners who come are usually different to the ones before. Therefore I always make sure I am here during their visits. Some continuity would be appropriated the work is always well done!

Clean bungalow room except office - dust, wipe surfaces and wash floors. You need to be on site throughout to ensure tasks are all completed otherwise - good as indicated.

Holiday property cleaning and management We have used Norfolk Cleaning for two years or so now. Their work, and their customer service, are excellent.

Weekly ironing service. Occasional any cleaning or other laundry services. Excellent. They are very reliable, efficient and provide a quality ironing service. All the staff a very helpful and efficient, reforming and promptly. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Caravans cleaned on Saturday turnarounds. Carpets and upholstery cleaned pre summer season. We are very happy with the way our caravans are cleaned. There are a few minor issues on occasions but once pointed out they are soon rectified.

Weekly cleaning and laundry service for holiday cottage (in season only)
The price varies according to the amount of laundry required. I''m not sure whether the category should be domestic or commercial, however, I have indicated domestic as it is for a cottage and not offices. The team at Norfolk Cleaning are very friendly and are always very willing and accommodating and their level of workmanship is very high.

I have used them throughout 2011 for the cleaning of my holiday let in Horning and shall be using them throughout 2012 and probably beyond.

I am very satisfied with their services.

Cleaning before and after guests at cottage. Excellent - as we live a long way from the cottage, it is essential that we have cleaners whom we can trust to always deliver to a high standard.

Norfolk Cleaning have delivered every time. Nothing has been too much trouble - even when we had a last minute booking!!

General cleaning You would hard pressed to find a better service.

domestic cleaning I have been a satisfield customer for several years. Norclean has been reliable and delivered a satisfactory service. I have also had continuity with the same lead cleaner, first Gerry, who is excellent and such a good ambassador for your company and then PIP, who is a loyal hardworking girl.

Some of the assistants you have sent her were poor quality and seemed to have had the minimum training from Norclean. This makes it very difficult for the lead cleaner who has to face the customer on a regular basis, whereas others just come and go.

I believe it is very important to maintain your service to your regular customers when holiday let periods peak.

The laundry service has been on the whole quite satisfactory. I do like the ability to leave my laundry for collection and returning. As a suggestion how about having some purpose made laundry bags with your logo on to be left with regular customers to insert the laundry, rather than just leaving it on the bedroom floor for collection.

Price wise you are at the top end and I may think again about to continuing to use you if you increase your prices. This is now a price sensitive service and there are others available in my area, doing as satisfactory jobs. However, it is a personal service and I am not one to change easily.

Regular cleaning of the communal areas of a block of 23 apartments. Absolutely faultless. Staff are polite & hardworking.

House keeping and laundry for holiday let property I use Norfolk Cleaning to clean and prepare my holiday home for holiday lets. All tenants have remarked how well presented the property is on their arrival. I have found NC to be very accommodating and flexible to deal with.

Norfolk Cleaning have cleaned my holiday house for me for the past 18 months. It is a 300 yr old flint cottage with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Norfolk Cleaning's staff keep it hotel clean, guests say that the bathrooms look as though they have never been used. The staff are friendly, obliging, efficient and absolutely trustworthy. I recommend their services. I am very satisfied with the service I receive. They work unsupervised and have a key to my house.
