Install new gas boiler to replace existing central heating As an older lady living alone I felt very comfortable having Marvin in the house. He responded to my contacting him very promptly. (unlike others who did not get back to me)

He was very considerate, using appropriate coverings to the floor, shoes as well as face masks when communicating.
He was punctual and efficient and explained every aspect of the work involved, also the costs. Any questions I had were answered patiently to my satisfaction.

Old boiler and hot water tank replaced with new Baxi Combi boiler and three radiators replaced. I cannot recommend Marvin highly enough. He has done a fantastic job of replacing the old boiler with a new Combi boiler, and replacing three radiators which were not working well. Having lived for nearly two years with an inefficient system inherited from the previous owners of the house, it is great to be able to heat the house quickly and efficiently and keep all the rooms at a decent temperature.I only wish I''d taken the plunge sooner.
The job took three days and was far less disruptive than I had anticipated. From the initial visit through to the very last ( to go through all the instructions and info about the boiler with me), Marvin was extremely thorough, clear, calm, professional and courteous. He really took the time to explain the various options available. His email communication is swift and clear, and he is extremely punctual and reliable. He even cleaned the floor-which I had left a bit mucky in anticipation of a mess- I don''t know how many heating engineers go out of their way to do that. Replacing faulty heating/hotwater times and room temperature thermostat. He quickly replied to my email enquiry regarding replacement parts, and asked appropriate question, which I emailed the answer to.
He then quoted a price, and when this was accepted, arranged a time to come and fit new parts.
He was on time, and the work was completed quickly.
He then took time to explain how to use new timer and thermostat.
The area was left clean and tidy.
He was a a very pleasant and friendly man, and I would certainly recommend him.

Repair leaking boiler Marvin came the same day I called, which was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the faulty part and its fine now. Marvin is friendly and professional and I will certainly use him again.

New plugs and traps for both bathroom sinks and new bath overflow & plug. Some were broken, and others were just old and the metal push type plugs were always getting stuck. 3 hours work + parts. Marvin came back to us straight away, did the job, made some helpful suggestions, tidied up and left it all fixed so exactly what you want from when you call with a problem.

Repairs to two toilets: flush valve x 2 and fill valve x 1. Whenever I have to seek out a plumber I tend to do a little sigh as I haven’t had very good experiences of people getting back to me however it was the complete opposite experience with Marvin. He replied to my initial email on a Friday afternoon within 10 minutes and subsequent replies were just as quick. He arranged to come on the following Monday morning and arrived as promised. He was very open and honest in his communication and completed the work with no concerns from our side. We will certainly make use of his services again.

Marvin replaced a toilet water inlet valve, a kitchen mixer tap & an outside tap. Marvin got in touch quickly after my first email enquiry, arrived at the arranged time & did the work quietly & with no mess. Gas boiler service Left a message on Marvin voicemail and he came back on the same day. Was able to come in a couple of days due to work elsewhere which was fine with me. Arrived promptly and completed the service with no issues. Just wanted to know where things where. Complete and professional job.
