Jonathan Parker - Handyman

This is the fourth time I have used Jonathan for decorating. He is pleasant, punctual and knowledgeable. Good company, hard working and tidies up after himself really well.

We have used Jonathan for various jobs over several years and his work has always been excellent.
He has painted, decorated, fitted all new door handles, fitted grab rails and shelving plus more. He is very punctual and reliable.

Jonathan came to scope dealing with kitchen unit coming away from wall. He checked the situation over carefully and decided that he could complete the job at the same time. Which he did, carefully, efficiently and thoroughly - and at very reasonable cost.

Applied mastik to stain around sink in bathroom applied sealant to glass shower screen where leak was castors for the desk legs purchased also included in cost. Jonathan has previously done a variety of jobs in my home he is very reliable, and conscious, polite and respectful.

I would not hesitate to have any further work carried out by him.

Painting external windows at back side of house and front doorframe and doorstep provided all materials re-flexing iron. Jonathan is a very nice man and extremely multi talented. Clearing guttering from debris, etc on a 2 storey house, cleaning the guttering from facial moss and also clearing a blocked down pipe running into a soakaway. Jonathan Parker did a very good job with care and competence and had a very nice manner in dealing with my enquires, etc.

Prune fruit tree. Trim the hedge around the garden. Remove cuttings from premises. Mr.Parker had done work for me previously and I was very happy with his work and demeanor.

He quoted a price for the work which I agreed to. The work did not take as long as expected, so Mr Parker reduced the fee without being asked.

I am most satisfied with the result and will be using Mr Parker again.

I don't think the work plan was really thought through by the firm beforehand. The bordering material I had wasn't enough and had to be replaced. Unfortunately its really too high for the borders. Either the workman didn't measure or just went to one supplier he did phone and discuss price but not until it was half completed did I see it really wasn't the best 'fit' (I was out when started). Rather rushed in tree trimming as I found. Lopped of bits of branch in the trees afterwards!

2. Supply and fit 2 shelf units. All work done well and left clean.

Painted front cable wall with masonry paint.

Clean and paint double garage doors. Job well done also repaired strips along bottom of doors.

Seasonal clearing of gutters and down pipes. Repeat of last year's job, Mr.Parker arrived at the appointed time, was well equipped and knew the problems.
