Extension & installation on new bathroom. Excellent communication, polite & pleasant. Good at keeping me informed and consulting me about what I wanted done. I would use John Russen again.

Remove & replace old insulation in large bedroom replace all plasterboard & floor-boarding & felt with new close insulation & apply time to loft insulation & naked roof. Plaque skin and make good & seal door with & gaps in old work. John Russen came to our house and discussed helpfully a range of possibilities for the improvements we worked. He researched and checked on possibilities and liaised with the architect. At all times to kept in touch with us modifying plans where necessary. The firm started when they said, kept the whole site clean and explained to us what was happening at all times. We have asked them back to start a new improvement in our home.

Bathroom renovation, kitchen extension (total remodeling). John Russen immediately creates a calm approach to discussing initial plans. He's positive and is open to projects suggested and provides advice where required. Communication throughout was good. Team employed were great too.

Single storey side extension. From when John made his first visit to the end of the project, we found him and all his team to be very polite, helpful, respectful and very hard-working. All their work is at the very high standard and we are over the moon with our lovely extension. We would recommend them to anyone 100%.

JP Russen builders were very easy to have around. They tried to minimise the inevitable disruption of a building job. They did the work to a high standard with careful attention to detail.

John Ruskin and his team were a pleasure to have working in our home. They were prompt polite and professional. This was a complicated and problematic job. John dealt with all the unforseen complications thoroughly and thoughtfully. Always listening to what we wanted and doing his utmost to provide the best he could possibly do within the budget. I cannot fault them.

Described work done but no hours given. I was very satisfied with the work, but I cannot tell you whether it was value for money, because I am unused to comparing values for this kind of work.

Original bathroom dismantled, new bathroom installed. I would recommend J P Russen to anyone. He is reliable and very professional.

Part of drive along side of bungalow, also path next to lawn at rear of bungalow. All work wel done, very proficiently.

Mostly the team was friendly helpful considerate and professional. However on odd occasions some members of the team let Mr. Russen down & occasionally Mr. Russen let himself down when dealing with some members of the team.

Separate toilet and shower room were converted into one big wet room. Everything was made accessible for me in my wheel chair. I have been very pleased with the bathroom conversion that John Russen has done in our house. He and his team worked with the minimum of mess and disruption and I am happy to recommend him.
