John Russen & team installed a wetroom & closemat. They were very friendly & easy to work with- explaining work & consulted with me throughout the job and were very considerate of my disability & special needs . I was very satisfied with the finished work & pleased to have their assurance that if there were any subsequent problem they would come back to rectify them.

Including all sanitary ware, flooring, additional work requested in stripping out, refitting and tiling of bathroom. John and his team were courteous, friendly and competent professionals. Their work was of a consistently high standard, overcoming the inevitable problems associated with old houses. I am delighted with the outcome.

This work was carried out under a disabled facilities grant. Therefore I cannot answer most of the questions on the left. The work was carried out to a high standard and I am very satisfied with it.

My wife and I are very pleased and delighted with our wet room, JP Russen Builder have made a first class job. I do not worry now when Pat has her shower. Everything is safe and controls easy, so much better for her.

Work executed by local authority contract on fixed price contract , under a duabled grant. No changes to contract were needed. Great detail given to progress of work to a reliable programme. Property kept clean and tidy at all times. An excellent workforce and good tradesman. An excellent job of high quality with no delays or disruption. (I was a clerk of works in construction).

John Russen was extremely helpful in answering all our queries promptly and taking time to explain things. The standard of work is excellent.

Rebuild garden wall. The work was carried out very professionally, the site was left clean after the rebuild and all the workman we very polite.

Ramp for disabled. The work was done very professionally and all the workmen were very polite and helpful and the site on completion very and left very tidy.

Extend kitchen, build garden room, new shower room. All staff involved were professional, friendly. All stages of the project were explained. Discussed any additional work was agreed in advance. The work was carried out to minimize disruption as far as possible.

Fit upstair toilet and wash basin, fan light and saniflow system. Worked out a lot better than we hoped a job really well done no mess no fuss.

A first class job fitting new kitchen, very obliging how they went about their work, everything kept tidy and clean. Brilliant.

Conversion of “normal” bathroom to easy – access shower with special equipment for disabled use. Exempt from VAT. There was much disruption – but I do not see how it could have been avoided. John Russen’s personal attention was superb. Nothing seemed to be too trivial or too much trouble for him.

Kitchen extension & fitting. John and his team worked incredibly hard and kept us informed at every stage. We are delighted with our kitchen and would recommend them to anyone.

Renovating kitchen & other general work throughout the house. I was a long way from the property and John was always very co-operative in meeting me outside normal working hours as well as always being at the end of a telephone.
