Bungalow complete renovation, including whole of the upstairs completely taken out New Truss’s which created a much bigger living space this gave us 3 double size bedrooms one with en-suite plus main bathroom. Complete new staircase.plus an extra toilet underneath the staircase. Downstairs extension to kitchen rear with bifold doors. Downstairs cloakroom in the garage etc. Complete new tiled roof. Plus the utility room had an upgrade! JNR are the best company we have ever dealt with. They kept us informed all the way through. All the tradesman Julian bought in we cannot fault at all. Every tradesman we’re at the top of their game. 5* all the way. 110% highly recommend. They were all very friendly respectful and very much trustworthy, and most importantly cleaned up after themselves, The JNR team had to put up with us as we could not afford to move out, however JNR Team managed to work round us. Julian @ JNR was very thoughtful always came out with ideas that me and my husband didn’t think was possible. The thing I was most touched by was when I mentioned to Julian that it was important to get the children's bedrooms done first, Julian being Julian made this happen and turned things round. We had two very happy children. 😊We are so happy with the quality of work we received from JNR. Everything done to high spec No Cutting corners. JNR we are so happy with our new forever home! Originally, the scope of work entailed raising the roof to create a spacious loft area and larger bedrooms beneath, along with rear kitchen extension. We initially intended to manage the final touches ourselves. However, the early arrival of our baby quickly changed our plans, requiring Julian and his team to take on far more than we had anticipated.

Julian and his team demonstrated unwavering dedication, ensuring that the project was completed to an exceptional standard and within a new, expedited timeline, allowing us to welcome our daughter home from the hospital. Their craftsmanship was impeccable, and their work ethic was matched only by their positive attitudes.

Julian made several suggestions, including an alteration to the roof pitch and design of the build that transformed the original concept, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of our home.

JNR Building recently completed some work to assist with the drainage around my garage, waterproofing the garage walls and installing a new garage floor. During the initial visit, Julian offered his thoughts (based on his experience) to make sure I got the best results. The whole team were incredibly hard working, friendly, polite and tidied up after themselves. They completed the work to a very high standard, within the agreed quote and within the agreed timelines.

JNR demolished and rebuilt a single storey extension for us. We found them friendly, tidy and reliable. They finished on time and followed up on small things that needed attention. They were easily contactable throughout the process.

We had a two story extension completed. Everyone who worked on it was great. They kept our house as liveable as possible which we really appreciated. Great communication. Gave advice but always listened and found a way to do what we wanted. Would really recommend. Loads have people have commented how good our extension looks.

Julian has built a single floor kitchen extension on the back of my house. I am really pleased with the quality of the build. He has been very helpful with ideas and changes to the build as we have gone along. Julian is very approachable, friendly and trustworthy.

We had a large 2 story extension done by Julian and the team and from start to finish they talked us through the process, suggested options or improvements and were bang on with their quality of work. As per every episode of ‘grand designs’, our son was born about 2 months into the project but Julian warned if there were noisy days coming up so that we could arrange going to a friend or relatives to the day…. Nothing was too much for him or the team!

They were so good in fact that once the extension is finished, we are going to use them to replace our old leaky and asbestos ridden garage with a replacement, along with patio area,
