J B Postle & Son Ltd is a family run, independent, high street electrical retailer who are proud to be part of Euronics UK.
Our three branches are located in the bustling North Norfolk market towns of Aylsham and North Walsham and the seaside town of Sheringham.

New washing machine installed and old appliances taken away. Installation was completed quickly and professionally with an explanation of the washing cycles. There was no mess and the delivery men were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and the friendly helpful service is something that makes me go back to Postles for any new appliances we need.

I needed a new TV aerial. I wasn't sure if Postles fitted aerials, but I rang them to recommend someone, because I know their service is always first class, and I knew they wouldn't recommend someone unless they were good and trustworthy. I was told they have their own aerial fitter and so I didn't hesitate to ask them to come out and fit a new aerial. I was lucky their technician was available immediately. He came out and fitted the aerial, checked it worked, and was on his way within a few hours.

Phoned J and spoke to Glenn at Sheringham branch who was very helpful in helping me to select a replacement microwave. The service that I received was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this local business for all your Electrical needs. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Called as cooker had tripped electrics and electric fan oven had no heat when turned back on. Used this website and reviews as a guide as to who to call.
Likely fault was explained over the phone and fix could be scheduled in. Was explained that as it was a dual fuel cooker, there was a risk we may need to book a gas engineer too but would assess on the day, which I felt was good open and honest communication.
Had the visit today, initial fault assessment was correct, they had the part and were able to fix it there and then.
The team were really friendly, efficient and the whole job was value for money.
Would recommend and use again.

Called trader out to evaluate lack of TV reception. Paid a standard callout fee upon booking appointment and then appointment was arranged for the following week. Trader arrived and quickly assessed that the aerial was at fault. New aerial quickly fitted and I now have my TV channels again.

The technician (John) was available at short notice and came round promptly. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem immediately with the minimum of fuss. He then installed our new box quickly and ran us through a quick user guide. All in all a damn good service from the guys in theSheringham shop and John.

Ascertain why TV not receiving signal. Replacing faulty aerial and connection box also installed filter for 4G Gentleman who answered the phone polite, friendly, and helpful.
The aerial installer soon found the problem and had it put right and we had a working T.V again. He tidied up after himself and was very efficient and sociable.
