Supply and install level access shower facility to meet the needs of disabled person, based on an assessment and recommendations by Norfolk County Council. The work included and covered all main trades (building, plumbing, tiling, flooring, plastering, and decoration) also electrical work necessary to meet current regulations. Although I had slight reservations about Gaswise Services LTD to undertake work without a gas involvement, I was assured that they employed staff to cover all specialist trade disciplines. The initial assistance and advice given to update a very unsatisfactory bathroom in an old house (1947 Build) and come up with a plan that would meet current and future requirements, was greatly appreciated. This planning attempted to foresee and identify any problems before commencing work. however, with this old house some problems were expected and changes to the plan were necessary and agreed with tradesmen and management as they were revealed. The end result has been finalized to my complete satisfaction. My overall impression is that Gaswise has management and trade staff structure fully capable of achieving high standards and a culture that strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

The two chaps who worked at my house for the full 5 days where fantastic, very punctual, very caring and could answer any of my questions absolutely brilliant.

Supply fitted new glow worm central heating boiler & pump, thermostats, power flush & magna clean. Mark was the neatest & cleanest workman I’ve had in my home. He left everything as he found it. All 3 e.g. electrician, gas fitter & builder were very professional – couldn’t fault their work. Thank you.

Tiling kitchen and bathroom floor. Installing ceiling spot lights in bathroom and hall. The staff were always punctual, friendly and obliging. The standard of work was of an extremely high quality and when work was finished for the day, my flat was left clean and tidy like no workmen had been on the premises.
