Clean and precise. Very pleased with finished work. Have used Enhance several times over the past 10 years and would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. Very reliable, friendly but professional.

Replaced locking slip on bathroom window. I placed a call asking if he could come and look at the bathroom window as it was stuck on right security lock. He said he’d could come round then if that was ok, I agreed. He turned up, looked at the window went straight into the work without any discussion of what was wrong or how much it may be. The work took about 10 mins and I was shocked at the cost for such a quick and simple job.

Replace handle/lock on PSV bathroom window and check other locks and check letter box. Contacted from Monday. Work completed next day service excellent. Nothing too much trouble as I had several problems.

Mending and ensuring the bathroom window work was done to satisfaction. Philip came out to change the handles my bathroom window as a good will gesture, after I had said that I’ve found his work expensive and that he had not discussed the cost of the work he had done for me. He took on board what I had said, apologized and came out to ensure that I was now happy. I take my hat off to the man for listening to what I’d said and coming out to fix the situation. Thank you.

Changed window lock.

Repair to bathroom window. That wouldn’t close. Tried to repair but had to replace hinges. Called enhance at 9:20 AM and job was complete before 12! Excellent service. They did try to repair it at first to save any extra expense but had to fit new hinges which we were more than happy to do.
