To sort out lock on french door. They also fitted rubber around my back door and bathroom window as a replacement, very satisfactory.

Sandringham windows from Derringham fitted a new pane of glass on my french door, they said the door had dropped, it got so I couldn't lock it, on contact with them was told I needed a new lock and they couldn't do it.

They phoned the window doctor and I was given an estimate of £279 to fit a new lock. After nearly a month it wasn't done, I complained, they said it would be done in 2 days, it wasn't so I phoned Trading Standards for advice. A friend gave me Enhance No. and they did a wonderful job and did not need a new lock.

I have written to both San Win and Win Doc and informed them.
