He was able to solve our problem quickly, kept us informed about the progress. We will use his service again and we will be happy to recommend his man to friends and family.

Final cost was higher but did explain at time of estimate that it was dependent on parts used. Had to change original date of work & was kept informed by text to a new agreed date. Turned up on time, work very tidy, good quality parts used.

Investigate leak from bathroom radiator. Replace radiator inlet fitting and TRV pipe seal. Trevor had to investigate source of problem so could not estimate costs prior to visit, but kept me informed of what he was having to do. We had used him before so knew he was trustworthy and would not over charge.
