Investigate leak from base of WC cistern. Supply and fit replacement cistern fill valve and inlet service valve. As this was an urgent job – water leak – I did not ask how much it would cost as I just wanted it pasted. Being on the trusted traders list I knew charges would be reasonable and honest – as they were.

Investigate high water usage as reflected by water bill. Discovered loft water storage tank ball valve not closing off property. Ball valve replaced. Trevor as usual did a good job with no mess. Covered all the carpet with clothes.

Fit customer supplied kitchen mono mixer tap and carry out service to basin hot tap valve. The work won’t quite finished because a fitting was needed for a filter on the tap which my husband will try & fit – hence quality mark. All else fine.

Dimantle kitchen sink waste, trap and outflow pipe work, clean and reassemble. Dismantle water main stopcock, lubricate and reassemble. Supply and fit hot and cold tap replacement valves. Excellent all round - no hesitation in recommending Trevor. One of the best!
