Investigate leak from base of WC cistern. Supply and fit replacement cistern fill valve and inlet service valve. As this was an urgent job – water leak – I did not ask how much it would cost as I just wanted it pasted. Being on the trusted traders list I knew charges would be reasonable and honest – as they were.

Investigate high water usage as reflected by water bill. Discovered loft water storage tank ball valve not closing off property. Ball valve replaced. Trevor as usual did a good job with no mess. Covered all the carpet with clothes.

Supply and fit replacement tap valve washers to outside bib tap and bath / shower mixer tap. It was a small but necessary job. Trevor came when he said he would. He checked everything was working carefully. He is pleasant and efficient. I would certainly recommend him to others.

Fit customer supplied kitchen mono mixer tap and carry out service to basin hot tap valve. The work won’t quite finished because a fitting was needed for a filter on the tap which my husband will try & fit – hence quality mark. All else fine.
