Investigate water leak from downstairs toilet cistern. Supply and fit replacement cistern inlet valves, service valve Trevor came round the following day from making my initial enquiry to him - He said if we could do the job straight away once he had seen the problem he would and if not would book a date in for me work to be done which is all far enough.
Fortunately, Trevor could mend the leak and all fixed within 24 hours of contacting him.

Fixing a leak in the plumbing under the bathroom sink. Trevor as always was very quick to respond and fit us in as soon as possible, navigating Covid restrictions. He arrived masked and as always we were confident he was able to get on with the job while we continued to work from home. He is professional, kind and helpful and we would highly recommend him and will absolutely continue to use his services.

Investigate non-operation of ensuite towel rail. Supply and fit replacement towel rail valve heads. Came out the afternoon I called him to come and have a look. The replacement part arrived quickly and he came straight back and fixed my radiator. Really pleased and would use/recommend him again.
