I have used this plumber before and know his charges are reasonable and his work good, so didn't ask for an estimate. As usual I'm happy with our interaction and will use him again when needed.

Supply and fit split klick basin washers and replacement backing nuts to basin taps. Very prompt. Happy with the job. Helpful plumber. Defective part backing nut in plastic which broke within 12 hrs of fitting. Plumber returned to fit new part (possibly copper/metal instead of plastic) the next day. Would have preferred if other similar part had been exchanged for a metal one as concerned it might be weak like the other one.
