Carpets fitted in a bedroom, landing & stairs. Very happy with the service. Communication was absolutely fine and happy with the overal service.

Supplied and fitted carpets for two properties. Absolutely over the moon with the service provided by Marc and his team.
The initial enquiry was dealt with very promptly and an appointment was quickly arranged for Marc to visit to measure and go through our requirements.
During the appointment Marc listened carefully to our ideas and made thoughtful suggestions as to how to ensure the flooring complimented our period property whilst also being practical for us and for him and his team when having to fit it on such uneven floors.
On placing the order Marc liaised with us regularly keeping us up to date with the progress of the order and agreeing a mutually convenient fitting date.
The fitting was carried out with great care, attention to detail and finished to a very high standard. And, I would have expected to have paid significantly more for such skilled tradesman and good quality flooring.
I am not usually one for leaving reviews but in this case I make an exception. I have no hesitation, at all, in recommending Dragonfly Flooring. I would be surprised if you could find a more professional, friendly and knowledgeable flooring supplier.
