Excellent experience using Dragonfly Flooring to supply and fit our vinyl throughout the downstairs of our house. Very informative and kept us updated throughout the process of measuring up, supplying a quote and helping us to choose a vinyl that worked best for us. I could not recommend Marc more, he was a dream! I was slightly worried (DFS delivered my new huge corner sofa earlier than expected!) about Marc being able to move all the furniture in the front room. This was no problem at all, Marc moved everything with ease and got our flooring completed in no time. There was no mess left at all and took everything away with him. He also done out bathroom floor. His standards are impeccable and customer service out standing, he really treated our home with a lot of respect.
One very happy customer, I will continue to use Dragonfly Flooring for many years to come.

The whole process of having our home carpeted by Dragonfly Flooring was super easy from start to finish. The rooms carpeted were 3 bedrooms, landing, stairs, lounge and study. Their prices are very competitive, and Marc is friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional. All Marc’s work is completed to a very high standard, and everywhere was left clean and tidy when he and his colleague had finished. We would definitely recommend Dragonfly 100% to others.

3 bedrooms, stairs and landing plus sitting room carpets. If you need any type of flooring fitted I highly recommend Dragonfly flooring. I got my whole house fitted with carpet and the result is fantastic. Marc and his team are friendly, professional and are really well priced.
From start to finish no problems at all. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Removal of old vinyl flooring and replacement of new. New flooring secured to floor with adhesive and silicone beading to edges. Disposal of old flooring. Excellent work. Marc and his apprentice very courteous and friendly. Attention to detail was great. Very helpful and replaced furniture I had moved out - nothing was too much trouble for them. Laying glue down LVT in the ground floor of our house, including a plywood subfloor in one room and a concrete screed in the other Marc and his colleague were professional, communicated clearly at all times, and carried out the work to an extremely high standard. They were friendly and easy to talk to, and took time to explain the answers to any questions that we had. We are so happy with our new floors and I would recommend Dragonfly Flooring wholeheartedly.

The initial enquiry was dealt with very promptly and an appointment was quickly arranged for Marc to visit to measure and go through our requirements.

During the appointment Marc listened carefully to our ideas and made thoughtful suggestions as to how to ensure the flooring complimented our period property whilst also being practical for us and for him and his team when having to fit it on such uneven floors.

On placing the order Marc liaised with us regularly keeping us up to date with the progress of the order and agreeing a mutually convenient fitting date.

The fitting was carried out with great care, attention to detail and finished to a very high standard. And, I would have expected to have paid significantly more for such skilled tradesman and good quality flooring.

I am not usually one for leaving reviews but in this case I make an exception. I have no hesitation, at all, in recommending Dragonfly Flooring. I would be surprised if you could find a more professional, friendly and knowledgeable flooring supplier.
