Cooks Electrical Services Limited

I have used Cooks for many years now. They are a very reliable electricians who have resolved a considerable number of complex problems with the electrics in my property. They turn up on time and leave the place neat and tidy as well as being resourceful when tackling problems.
My rating to an extent is unfairly low but, on a couple of occasions , the products they installed were not of the quality I would expect from a firm with their justified reputation and failed within a shorter period of time than I would have expected. Both were security lights and, in fairness, one lasted just over a year whilst the other they replaced and refitted free of charge.

Despite this I am a “fan” and they remain my first call for all matters electrical.

Very pleased at response! they sent someone out the same day which was so helpful and reassuring. Everything was fine except for a minor repair done then and there. Brilliant. Thanks so much.
