Extremely happy with the complete bathroom refurbishment carried out by Chris and his team. The old tired bathroom was gutted, new flooring laid, wall repairs, extractor fan replaced, tiling, plumbing, ceramics and furniture installed. The bathroom had a few quirks and some challenges along the way, but Chris was able to find solutions for these along the way. He's a hard worker, turned up every day on time and didn't seem to even break for lunch. The whole project was delivered within the estimated timeframe, all mess and waste was tidied and removed and no hidden surprises when the final bill came. Full bathroom replacement, including new flooring, tiling and new lighting. Chris was great to work with throughout, very reliable and communicated well. Chris also managed the other required trades, e.g. plumber, electrician & plasterer which made things easy. The quality of the work was very good, especially the tiling. There were also a few issues relating to the age of the house that Chris was able to come up with good solutions to.

Overall, very happy with the work and would definitely use Chris again.

Chris and and his team of specialist trades removed and replaced a challenging bathroom (there were tiles on the ceiling!). The challenges were met and dealt with with good grace, and we now have a fabulous new bathroom. Complete new bathroom including replastering, tiling. Liked everything was taken care off from advising where Togo for bathroom fittings and especially liked he had provided the suppliers with the measurements so when I went along to select what I wanted I knew it would all fit. Workmanship was very good.

Chris came to install a new suite in the downstairs toilet and renovate the upstairs bathroom. Chris' workmanship was amazing, having an old property threw up some unforeseen problems, but Chris was able to come up with solutions. The finish of both bathrooms is high level and all the added extras make it an amazing space.

Chris and his team were terrific. They came to complete 2 en-suite refurbishments one of which had been left unfinished by a previous inept fitter. Chris is a ‘can do’ person and a problem solver and was able to make good on the faults he came across. Charlie the plumber was also excellent and has high professional standards. At all times their work was tidy and highly efficient and the job was completed in good time. Chris and his team are hardworking, punctual and very professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard with as little disruption as possible, and everything tidied up at the end of each day.
Chris offered helpful advice, accommodated slight changes to the original requirements, and found solutions to the inevitable quirks that come with an older property.

Chris and his team enabled us to have the exact bathroom we wanted - when we were told by other people that we couldn't have a glass shower screen because there wasn't enough space, Chris made it work by building up the window box. We now have both a functional and beautiful spaceb which we love and would highly recommend Chris again.

Chris did two complete bathrooms for us in August and October 2023. Each one involved gutting the room, removing the bath and installing a shower. Each took 2 weeks. Chris is a highly experienced, tidy, skilful, professional, very well organised person. He consults you at every step, gives his opinion but always lets you make the final decision. He is a very skilful tiler but uses other professionals for electrics, plastering, plumbing and even doing the silicone, all very pleasant people. He does all the co-ordination.
Another advantage is that he works closely with the supplier. She was enormously helpful when choosing all the 'kit' and this is all included in Chris's quote and bill. Chris arranges for all the delivery and collection of items.

Chris completed a full bathroom renovation for us. He organised all the additional work such as plasterer and electrician so took the pressure of us to source this which was great! He also recommended products and got these for us which was really helpful. Chris worked really hard and was tidy and respectful in our home and takes a lot of pride and care in his work. We are really pleased with our bathroom and would recommend him to anyone

Chris renovated our main bathroom for us in March 2023. He and his team of colleagues were efficient, polite and reliable. On first attending our property to quote for the work, he made suggestions for ways we could slightly reconfigure the bathroom as the room is quite small - I'm glad that we listened to Chris' advice, as this has made the bathroom much more user-friendly, and we have been able to purchase furniture to fit the spaces created.
When working on our bathroom, Chris and his plumber Charlie ensured that the height of the taps would be ok for me as I'm over a foot shorter than my husband, and likewise with the installation of the switch for the extractor fan, Chris was alive to my height when considering where on the wall the isolator switch would be placed. We were very impressed with this attention to detail, and observation of client requirements.
Chris and his colleagues were very tidy and considerate of the times when I was working from home. Chris kept us informed throughout the work and was happy to answer any questions we had.
I haven't hesitated to recommend Chris to anyone who has asked, and he has since done some work for a friend. When it comes to renovating our downstairs WC, Chris will be receiving a call!

We are very happy with the work that was completed. Chris organised a full refit of our bathroom, including all units, replastering of all walls and ceiling and installation of extractor fan. All has been done to a high standard. In short, whatever needs doing to your bathroom, Chris can get it done.

We are very happy with the workmanship. Chris did a good job of organising the tradesmen around the work. I think we lost count of all the tradesmen that came in. The icing on the cake was a man who came in just to do the sealant at the end. The plastering was done to a high standard, the plasterers were very tidy. Worth mentioning as I hear that is not always the case!

We can't fault anything, what we now have is a vast improvement on what we used to have. The bathroom is much easier to clean. Another plus for us is that the bathroom no longer steams up or gets damp, due in part to the quiet extractor fan we now have.

Chris gutted my old Bathroom and installed a new Shower Cubicle, Wall Tiling, WC cw Unit, Handbasin cw Unit. He was very professional and answered all questions and gave reliable advise. He was on time and completed the works in the time given. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to anyone looking for a professional finish and very accessable.

Bathroom replacement, Chris removed our old bathroom, tiles etc and replaced with new walk in shower, sink, and wc, we had underfloor heating installed, radiator and new lighting and bathroom cabinet, new plumbing, very happy with the quality of the work and materials used, Chris was very helpful when it came to sourcing all the materials etc. An excellent job done and we would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to others.
