Chris did two complete bathrooms for us in August and October 2023. Each one involved gutting the room, removing the bath and installing a shower. Each took 2 weeks. Chris is a highly experienced, tidy, skilful, professional, very well organised person. He consults you at every step, gives his opinion but always lets you make the final decision. He is a very skilful tiler but uses other professionals for electrics, plastering, plumbing and even doing the silicone, all very pleasant people. He does all the co-ordination.
Another advantage is that he works closely with the supplier. She was enormously helpful when choosing all the 'kit' and this is all included in Chris's quote and bill. Chris arranges for all the delivery and collection of items.

Chris completed a full bathroom renovation for us. He organised all the additional work such as plasterer and electrician so took the pressure of us to source this which was great! He also recommended products and got these for us which was really helpful. Chris worked really hard and was tidy and respectful in our home and takes a lot of pride and care in his work. Chris renovated our main bathroom for us in March 2023. He and his team of colleagues were efficient, polite and reliable. On first attending our property to quote for the work, he made suggestions for ways we could slightly reconfigure the bathroom as the room is quite small - I'm glad that we listened to Chris' advice, as this has made the bathroom much more user-friendly, and we have been able to purchase furniture to fit the spaces created.
When working on our bathroom, Chris and his plumber Charlie ensured that the height of the taps would be ok for me as I'm over a foot shorter than my husband, and likewise with the installation of the switch for the extractor fan, Chris was alive to my height when considering where on the wall the isolator switch would be placed. We were very impressed with this attention to detail, and observation of client requirements.
Chris and his colleagues were very tidy and considerate of the times when I was working from home. Chris kept us informed throughout the work and was happy to answer any questions we had.
I haven't hesitated to recommend Chris to anyone who has asked, and he has since done some work for a friend. When it comes to renovating our downstairs WC, Chris will be receiving a call!

Chris and his team have worked at our house three times and we are delighted with their craftmanship.

We are very happy with the work that was completed. Chris organised a full refit of our bathroom, including all units, replastering of all walls and ceiling and installation of extractor fan. All has been done to a high standard. In short, whatever needs doing to your bathroom, Chris can get it done.

We are very happy with the workmanship. Chris did a good job of organising the tradesmen around the work. I think we lost count of all the tradesmen that came in. The icing on the cake was a man who came in just to do the sealant at the end. The plastering was done to a high standard, the plasterers were very tidy. Worth mentioning as I hear that is not always the case!

We can't fault anything, what we now have is a vast improvement on what we used to have. The bathroom is much easier to clean. Another plus for us is that the bathroom no longer steams up or gets damp, due in part to the quiet extractor fan we now have.

Chris gutted my old Bathroom and installed a new Shower Cubicle, Wall Tiling, WC cw Unit, Handbasin cw Unit. He was very professional and answered all questions and gave reliable advise. He was on time and completed the works in the time given. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to anyone looking for a professional finish and very accessable.

Bathroom replacement, Chris removed our old bathroom, tiles etc and replaced with new walk in shower, sink, and wc, we had underfloor heating installed, radiator and new lighting and bathroom cabinet, new plumbing, very happy with the quality of the work and materials used, Chris was very helpful when it came to sourcing all the materials etc. An excellent job done and we would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to others.

I had a main bathroom and en-suite to update. There were a few awkward areas to tackle, and Chris came up with good solutions. The quality of the work completed was high, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team.

We had a complete bathroom redo. Chris and his team did everything from start to finish. The whole organisation of Chris and his associated tradesmen was second to none. It all ran like clockwork. The quality of the work shows and that is down to Chris's attention to detail in his work and careful selection of tradesmen. We are very happy with the whole job and would highly recommend Chris.

Complete strip down and renovation of my mothers bathroom with tiling, shower, toilet and washbasin installation. Also building of new ceiling and lighting Chris and his team did a superb job of renovating my elderly mothers bathroom into a modern shower room. He was extremely considerate and helpful when discussing the requirements and came back with a relatively competitive quote.

Work on site was carried out to cause the minimum of disruption. A few issues with the existing construction of the bathroom were found and Chris worked out suitable work arounds to not compromise the quality of the finished bathroom and to keep the costs down.

Chris and his team all worked extremely hard to finish the bathroom and work has been done to a very high standard.

Full bathroom re-fit. New shower, relocation of bath and radiator, vanity, complete re-tile, motion sensor lights, new fan, new floor Chris and his colleagues completed a complete re-fit of our en-suite bathroom.

The quote was comprehensive and the final bill was only slightly higher due to our extra requests.

The quality of the work is outstanding, they clearly are experienced professionals. They took the time to strengthen floorboards and the wall where new items were going. (I imagine more unscrupulous types wouldn''t bother doing this!)

Chris and his team were punctual and worked hard throughout the day. They were totally trustworthy, we felt confident to leave them in the house alone.

Convert a small upstairs bedroom into a new bathroom in an old 1930s house. The conversion was complicated and far from straight forward. It required careful firm planning from the start. Chris and his team were able to problem solve many issues that were not apparent at the start with such an old property and involved us in any discussions to agree a way forward. Chris was excellent and provided a good finish that we are very happy with.

Complete refurbishment of main bathroom 5 star highly recommend.

Installation of new en-suite bathroom and cloakroom. Removal of old fixtures, fitting of new toilets, basins, vanity units and shower. Tiling in en-suite shower and walls. Building of new shower wall. Installation of an unvented hot water cylinder and the necessary associated works. Installation of water softener. Chris and his team gave us good advice from the start. We were unsure about how the en-suite bathroom could be suitably improved, and Chris, and James, the plumber, were able to reassure us about what was needed and how it would work.
When our work started, towards the end of November, we were fully informed at all stages as to what was planned and Chris and James spoke to us frequently about any decisions that needed to be made. We had sourced some items for the project but Chris organised most of the materials and fittings. The work proceeded well and the en-suite and cloakroom were soon transformed. We were particularly impressed by Chris’s tiling skills; the finished result is great. On a recent visit to a hotel, we had seen a shower alcove inserted for storing items; Chris was able to design one for us, which has been extremely useful.
Chris is a very friendly person with good communication skills and with a good sense of humour too. He organised skilled workmen, Pat the decorator and Richard the plasterer, who joined the team when required.
We are pleased that we chose Chris to do our work and would certainly recommend him to others.

Chris replaces my old bathroom suite, tiled the room and installed a electric shower. I wish I had replaced my bathroom when I moved in! My shower broke so I ended up with just a bath. I now have a lovely shiny new bathroom.

The work involved tiling the floor and walls of a new wet room including the inside of a circular window.
Chris was professional from the word go from his initial contact and throughout the duration of the job. He explained everything up front , made me aware of any potential issues and consulted me on my requirements and various options during the process.

The old bathroom taken out. the floor had to be re done before tiling as sloped, old tiles off. New suite put in, floor and walls completley tiled. boxing in of new pipes. This was the second bathroom Chris had done, since then he has also tiled the lounge floor.
Chris takes care of it all and is extremely thorough, tileing, fitting, finding a plumber etc. Our house particularly difficult as its an old property with sloping floors and walls. So, in total Chris did the upstairs bathroom from scratch as that was a bedroom. Re did the dreadful downstairs bathroom and tiled our lounge floor. The fact we keep having him back is testament to his work and once the kitchen funds have been found we will use him again then.

Complicated hidden pipework and new shower room in a listed building. This was the only company we found who were imaginative enough and skilled enough to create us a new shower room. Tiling, shower and flooring installation was first class. We were consulted at every stage and confident that the job would be done well. No complaints at all. Highly recommended.

We had spare bedroom converted into a bathroom. Plumbing work, electrics, floor, tiling, plastering, floor fitting and all the sanitary ware fitting. Chris was always turning up on time. He was explaining every day what will be done. If any problem occurred he was always discussing things and suggesting ways of sorting things out. The quality of Chris work was very good. I would use Chris again.

Referential existing shower area and fit new shower equipment. Fantastic job from start to finish. No problem too big or small to solve and all done in a friendly good humoured manner.

Chris and his team were excellent. They were very thorough when assessing the job. They kept us informed at all stages and the work completed was first class. They were not the cheapest quote but not were they the most expensive. In the end you get what you pay for.

Complete strip of old bathroom, remedial work, new insulation to walls, complete refit of new bathroom including tiling. Chris has done a fantastic job here. He is a brilliant craftsman and always worked incredibly hard in some very challenging circumstances! I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend him. A thoroughly nice chap!

Shipping out and replacing an ensuite toilet/shower. Chris gives a reasonable price and an exceptionally high standard of work. There were some problems but Chris worked to over come them. You may well have to wait for the project but then perfection is worth a wait.

New bathroom tiles (floor and walls). I found the work carried out to be of an exceptional standard and cannot recommend their enough very happy.

Remove tiles from all walls in cloakroom; plaster walls, re-fit new sanitary ware and tile splash-backs. Pleased with quality of work, but actual time taken did not match estimated elapse time.

Chris and Steve were a really good team with helpful advice at planning stage, conscientious and hardworking during installation with a friendly but professional attitude to us as clients.
