I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Having been let down by so many other companies to repair my roof and gutters, Capitol Roofing were a reliable and trustworthy company to deal with. There was excellent communication at all times, a written quote was given and agreed before work began and the tradesmen were professional and hardworking. I am delighted that my chimney is repointed and leaking gutters have been repaired. There were no issues and I am 100% pleased with this company’s work.

I don't have experience to judge the quality of the product used, but very happy with the service.

Resurfacing the roof on a garden room I was extremely pleased with my choice of contractor. I was sent a detailed written quotation. The work was carried out on the day I was given.
I was impressed when a large sheet was laid over the grass to take all the materials. The work was completed and when they left the area was tidier than when they arrived, very impressed would recommend them to everyone.

Replaced the flat roof on the garage. I have ms and live on my own so was a bit nervous. I need not have worried they were respectful kind and did a bloody brilliant job.

Fitting a new felt flat roof. Removing existing felt and roof deck, fixing timber fixings to create falls fitting a new deck of plywood. Laying first layer of glass fibe venting felt, 2nd layer of 3mm glass fibre based felt bonds. Cap sheet and edge details with state self protecting surfaced roofing felt fully bonded. Fit a new skylight. Remove and relay adjoining roof tiles. The work was carried out under difficult weather conditions of freezing temperatures and being rained off at times. The two workmen more polite and hard-working. They explained what they were doing and answered any questions.

I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Check roof ridge tiles and re-point as necessary.
Check and replace any broken roof tiles fill gaps at verge corers of roof.
Re-fix verge slates in one corner of roof and re-bro the verge. Work was carried out as agreed.

Flat roof repair to dining room. Capital roofing house always served us well and if we have had any issues they have come back to deal with it.

Repair of leak (s) in rear roof. For a job that took less than 4 hrs, with materials that would cost at most £50 I consider £720 excessive. Cost of scaffold tower to hire £ 105.60. This was a small tower brought in back of standard white van, indication size. Why does a roofing company have to hire a small scaffolding tower? As far as I know only one side of valley was done, not both sides as in quote. I had no idea how long job would take. I find the charge excessive.

Lead work - valleys staining of fascia boards, etc, dormas. Re-cement rear verge above rear and other small areas. Very pleased with the prompt workmanship. Polite and helpful. Would use again and recommend.

Repair to corner of pantile roof. Replacing felt and battens and damaged tile. Inspect most of roof and replace the tiles and remove moss. The work was done quickly and with good humor. Additionally they were the only people willing to travel this fax south from Norwich!

Supplying and laying of flat roof covering on kitchen extension including lifting and re-laying adjoining roof tiles. The men arrived punctually. They were courteous, cheerful and worked very hard.
