Hand rails up a long flight of outside steps, finished in black paint. Also helped with a minor plumbing repair free of charge and cheerfully following poor workmanship from someone else. I found A&R Construction to be very professional, punctual, reliable in communicating, friendly and helpful (and very well mannered, which sounds old fashioned but it is a really nice attribute generally in short supply!). It is the first time I used them having looked for a while for someone to do this work. It''s such a relief to know the business is there as it can be hard to find a reliable firm giving a quality service of this kind. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.

Very accurate & detailed quotation given. Excellent organisational skills, great timings. No problem too great to overcome. Very friendly team of professionals used, left areas clear & tidy so we could live along side without too much disruption. Admirable work ethic. Very little stress!!

Re-routing some drains This was only a small, but for us an essential job, but it was given the same attention one might have expected a much more profitable job to have had.

Adrian and his colleague were both hard working, efficient and tidy. The work was done a week or so ahead of schedule and the invoice was exactly the same as the quote.
