I have used Smart Aim solutions for a few years now. The quality of their knowledge and work is outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The engineers are extremely knowledgable and friendly and always look for the most cost effective way to give the result you want. I have had a number of boiler experts over the years give many explanations as to why the boiler works flat out, but can't heat the house. The engineer from Smart Aim took less than a hour to find the issue, and after fixing it I now have a wonderfully warm home - what a wonderful service!

First time in using this company and they were wonderful. Wayne and Oliver took out an old shower and fitted a new one. They even fitted a new shower door for me. Adjustments needed to be made which they did very professionally. Very polite and quick. Can highly recommend. Will definitely be using them again.

You will get nothing but the highest standard of work from Smart AIM.

We used them in our previous house to fit a new oil system. We Are currently using them in again in current house where we discovered on moving in last October that boiler didn’t work. A phone call to them and within a week new boiler up and running - moved other work around to get us warm ASAP.

House also has slow water flow which means a shower not possible. We came to a full stop with another company. Ross came up with an idea and shortly we will have showers in house.

Smart Aim have done a few things for us. They've serviced our oil boiler, they sorted out a blocked toilet and also sorted out my heating when we ran out of oil in the middle of winter.
At all times they are professional, friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them

I've used Smart Aim three or four times now for general plumbing work, an oil fired boiler replacement, a cloakroom refurb and an en suite makeover. I find them to be highly competent, professional, courteous and reliable organisation. Having found them, I can't imagine using anyone else for plumbing and associated work.

We have had various work for our residents in a sheltered accommodation from new boilers, repairing of leaks, toilet issues, new showers to simple replacing taps.
We are always treated with respect, efficiency and support. The Smart team are a lovely bunch of people who always give best advise, solve problems (very quickly) and always leaves the place clean and tidy.

Our son recommended the company to us. We moved into the area in March and the shower needed replacing which Smart did and it is excellent.
We now have a further problem with the boiler which was due to be serviced this month.
Having met the person who previously serviced it when we moved here to talk us through everything I decided to change the service over to Smart who came to service the boiler which they have now put a Danger sign on as it is not safe with many leaks .These problems have been going on a long while. Enough said re previous workman. We now wait for the new boiler to go in but Smart have been excellent with their service and care on both jobs. Even came back to make sure we have hot water yesterday afternoon. I cannot praise them enough the guys have all been great and the administration excellent. Thank you very much Smart .
