So happy we choose Ur choices for mums care
Mum was really worried and upset that she needed to have care but when Sally came to visit mum. And myself she put mums fears to rest and listened to mum and put mum at ease .
Mum only needs her eveing meal cooked and the two lovely cares mum has are so kind and caring towards mum. And treat her with respect had to pop into mums one tea time and Rebecca had just handed mum her eveing meal which looked and smelt lovely and the presatation of meal was lovely which encourage mum to eat As mum. Needs more care we will certainly speak to Sally to add extra care for mum.

I had to rate value for money in order to submit the review but my care is funded and paid for directly by Norfolk Council so they are responsible for determining value.
I am very pleased with the way they look after me.

Reassuring,compassionate ,brilliant. Amanda was outstanding

Amanda has provided nights sits for my father. Amanda has provided night sits for my elderly parents. She is absolutely wonderful and we feel so reassured when she is working. My mother feels a great sense of peace knowing she can relax because Amanda is looking after my father. She is kind and considerate, helpful and a good listener. She is attentive to all needs and friendly and polite. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Full personal care support with lunch preparation, medical administration. My wife and I have a live - in carer and extra support for myself.

One to one received by Lavra for a resident with Dementia.
Lavra is polite, always arrives in plenty of time is conscientious with the resident. Showers, him with dignity. Great all rounder.

Excellent The owners are very efficient, kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble when dealing with their patients welfare getting prescriptions, advice on diet. Anything at all they can do to help. We are very grateful to them.

Assisting with washing, showering, meals, toilet, mobility Sherla always arrives on time, She is always polite and ask if I have any needs. I love seeing her every day.

Personal care e.g washing and showering, dressing, changing incontinence pads, hoisting in and out of bed etc.
Wife does all meals and meds. We are happy with the care we have and have no problems at the moment. Although we were sad to change from our previous carers.
