We have been with Thorpe end garage for several years now, we have a car and van in which they take good care of the problems that we have had over the years.
Also they mot and service our vehicles, we have never had any problems with the company they always go above and beyond with there service. Any problems they come across they always call us and let us know what the issue is and how much it would cost to put things right.

Excellent service, good value for money

I have used Thorpe End Garage for many years for both my cars. One being a tution vehicle and have found Stuart and Georgia very accommodating at short notice and genuine great people to deal with. Pricing has always been good value for the service I have received.

Rang first thing in the morning about a punctured tyre. Took the car straight in. Puncture repaired and back on my way within half an hour. Brilliant service.

A huge thank you to everyone at Thorpe End Garage for fixing my sad car when my brakes completely failed. Very efficient friendly service and done in ultra quick time.Over and beyond service checking that my car is safe. Can’t praise this garage enough.

Only needed a headlamp bulb replacing and the 'service' light reset - done in minutes at minimal cost Brilliant friendly service.

Recharge aircon system including system check for leaks. I have used TEG for years, my family members also use them and my parents also used them so we have seen the garage grow. M.O.T I have been taking my various cars to this garage for many years, would not change, great service, competitive prices and always helpful, and repairs all faults without any dramas and high prices.

Carry out interim service, resecure under tray, provide parts and check vehicle in accordancy with manufacturers spec. Super service and with great courtesy as usual.

Literally everything car related I operate Chilled Driving Tuition with a fleet of 40+ cars so have many requirements from servicing, MOT''s, repairs, tyres etc and often at extremely short notice with a need for a very fast turn around. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, you will not find a more accommodating garage anywhere and the team are always extremely welcoming and reassuring. The standard of work is exceptional, often going the extra mile to make sure only the best will suffice and the prices are very reasonable. Never had a problem at all and if anyone ever did then all they need to do is speak to the management team there who would sort it in a heartbeat as they are so passionate about customer service and getting it right.
