Carried out an annual boiler service.

It was easy to book.
The engineer called ahead of arrival to ensure I was in as he was running a little early (bonus).
The engineer was also friendly and carried out the work in a professional manner informing me of what work he was doing before carrying it out. He ensured the workspace was clean before leaving.
