Called Alan as an emergency for a relative with dementia. Couldn’t have been happier, quick response, very professional , empathetic and calm.

We had a new oil fired boiler supplied and installed. From first contact Alan was quick to respond, came when he said he would, finished the job in 2 days leaving everything tidy. Also assured by the fact we could contact him if we need to. Only a few days but happy with boiler and installation so far!

My mother’s central heating system developed a fault and Alan diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Exceptional communication from Alan via me to arrange an appointment which was done very promptly. My mother is so pleased to have found someone reliable she can trust and will use Alan for servicing and future troubleshooting. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this trader highly enough. Alan replaced a boiler for me at very short notice, Alan, responded and assessed the job needing to be done promptly and professionally. He explained what he was going to do and why, and did just as he said.

I had no heating or hot water and Alan spent all day in the cold getting the new boiler in and working. He was tidy and efficient and his quote was very reasonable, and I will definitely use the service again.

I would highly recommend Alan at TGS Mechanical, I've used TGS for around 5 years this is due to the good communication with each job attending site on the date and time arranged.
work ranges from leaks, boiler repair, New boiler fitted , isolation values and drainage valves fitted, low Pressure coming out of the taps, All jobs where carried out to a high standard and left in working order.
I find Alan very helpfully and is always willing to help to get the job completed in the most economical way as a school this is very important. I will continue to use Allan at TGS Mechanical for the above reasons.

We have had a shower replaced and were so pleased with the prompt service that we are using TGS again to install another shower and wash basin. The company was very quick to respond when our shower broke down and they ordered the new one and fitted it very swiftly. I would thoroughly recommend.
