Bad leak in bathroom. Tim arrived early came in assessed the job and explained to us what he needed to do and with no fuss got on with it. He had to make a whole big enough to expose the pipework for the repair. We cannot thank him enough,brilliant.

To unblock 2 toilet which was not flushing full flow. The toilet was removed and taken outside to remove and build up of timescale which has reduced the diameter in the W.C. This was removed using a water jet. The toilet was re-installed and the flushing mechanism replaced with a new one. Tim was prompt to arrive and although it took a while to locate what was causing the blockage, he kept searching until he found it. He then repaired it completely, leaving no mess. I was delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Diagnosing smell in bathroom and replacing an air ventilation valve. The plumber was excellent and provided a super service. This is the second job he’s done for us, and he was totally reliable. To fix a screw hole in a water pipe & gas pipe. Tim was brilliant, he arrived on a Bank Holiday Sunday evening & arranged a gas engineer too. He fixed the problems & put all floor boards back in place. Fantastic, reliable service – very nice guy and incredibly helpful.

Repairing a mixer tap, where the cold water had ceased to floor. They came when he said he would. Totally resolved the problem, quickly and relatively inexpensively. I can now shower without scalding myself! Would use him again.

Clearance of manhole blockage to toilet. This young man came to us within ½ an hour of my call. He was very efficient and quickly solved the problem for us.

Remove and replace 50 Gallon water tank. The job needed to be done urgently – water was leaking from a water tank in to loft. Timothy Millikew understands this and responded with amazing speed. He obtained a new water tank and it was fitted with in 4 hours of my initial call. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

New tap & fitted plus tightened nut around main water stop coach. Showed us how to shut off those individual taps water supply next time. Excellent timing, less than 2 hrs from initial call to them. Quote was spot on and Timothy was friendly, knew what he was doing and was quick at fitting the new tap. Exactly what's needed! Very pleased and relived to have the tap fitted so quickly. Will definitely be our 1st choice plumbers in the future!

Labour to remove and replace an electric shower.

Jet gullies to ensure water runs away clearly and quickly (Blocked). One gulley not functioning it is a blocked pit. Gulley in patio jetted and at the time of writing works. Only a heavy rainwell see if it was effective. Not sure my problems have been totally solved.

Replace WC syphons (2). Work completed satisfactorily & efficiently.

Our boiler went wrong. TSM Plumbing identified the issue as a fault with the temperature regulator valve. It was a discontinued put so they found an alternative, ordered it and fitted it in a very fast turnaround. Completed the work in a timely manner and all is working again. Same day appointment to clear drains was fantastic. Tim explained everything as he went along and tried to minimize the disruption to the house as I had 2 little girls 4 and 6 years old!

Replacement of a Honeywell 3 way valve in the airing cupboard requiring draining of the system. When I made my first enquiry I knew I needed a new 3 way valve and I gave the part make and number. A Siemans valve was fitted (5 wire not 3 as the Honeywell was). The first time the controls switched, the boiler made a noise and stopped working. TSM said he was not corgi registered so couldn’t help. At a cost of £350 another firm fixed the boiler which was when we found the 3 way valve didn’t work. TSM said it was an electrical problem and couldn’t help. Another firm had to replace the valve with a new Honeywell 3 wired valve at a further cost of £160 and confirmed the wrong valve was fitted. TSM refused to refund any money or discuss the matter. This job cost me almost £700 instead of £160.
