Examination of leaking valve on shower. Water supply isolated and both valves and mesh filters for shower bar found to be clean. Only source of leak was loose nut. Plumber reinstalled system and tested joints; no defect. This was a simple job in the end, but it was necessary to examine the parts in detail to reassure me. It was all done completely. I was particularly pleased that the plumber arrived within the 1/2 hours window he specified.

Replaced valve and diaphragm in toilet cistern. Excellent job, completed in less than 2 hour from initial phone call to say toilet not flushing.

Blockage to house main sewer - manhole cover had lifted (smell) and overflowing - flushed and cleaned. We now know that "flushable" wipes are clearly not and had caused a build-up to blockage.

Had a late night blockage and looked for a drain clearing company to come the next day. No opportunity to get recommendations so used Trusted Traders.

20 minutes to run out hoses, pressure jet the drain and rewind the hoses - £95 (per hour or part of)
Jetted from the top of the blockage, didn’t open any covers below the blockage to check where the blockage could be located or see any debris.
Once finished jetting didn’t attempt to locate an issue, just assumed it was now OK.

As they were the ‘professional’ drain people we accepted they had done the work properly and signed the work off.

Six day later the drains were blocked again.

I bought some rods (£30) and within five minutes found and removed a ''fat/soap’ blockage that was half the diameter of the pipe. The blockage was between the last outlet of the house and the next drain cover.
I followed the “on line” professional recommended process and rodded from below the blockage so any debris could be recovered.
I can only assume the pressure hose forced the ‘blockage’ past the fat/soap block, if the drain had been rodded the real blockage (fat/soap) would have been removed.

Complained to the company who''s email response was very ''commercial'' and referring to T&Cs as signed before work commenced.

Couldn’t recommend anyone who operates a quickest job, maximum profit approach rather than quality workmanship. Other people I have spoken to say their drainage "fixers" checked for the problem and then did the appropriate work.

Replaced ball valve in water tank. I was pleased they came in such a short time after contacting.

We had a blocked drain at the rear of the property. We had had a blocked drain at the rear of our property for a week or so which I had tried to clear with various so called drain busters,without any success whatsoever,so it was time to call the professionals in the name of TSM Plumbing and Drainage Services and a Man called Tim who arrived within a couple of hours of my call.We were told the procedure and within thirty minutes the job was done.So now we can wash the dishes without any further gurgling sounds. Brilliant.

Clearing Blocked Drains. The problem I had, was after clearing my blocked drains the rubber disc on the end of the poles got stuck inside the waste pipe.

I had to get it removed by TSM because despite my very best efforts it would not budge. Tim came out literally straight away and using his knowledge and skills was successful in removing my rods and the rubber disc connected to the end. It seems that it had hooked itself over a deep ridge at a T junction, so I would never have got it out myself!

I cannot thank Tim enough, he was on time, totally professional and very much saved the day for me as we were due to go away for the New Year and if he had not come out so quickly it would have completely ruined our plans in multiple ways.

Well done Tim and thank you so much, you really did a magnificent job and we are so grateful. I will highly recommend you to anyone who needs a decent, reliable and trustworthy person for these type of issues.

Fixed a leak in loft water tank. A swift response to a leak, very friendly and professional service.

Rainwater gulleys to soakaway jetted and blockages cleared. Professional job done against a tight timeframe and for a very fair price. I have already recommended TSM for a similar job and would be pleased to use this company again in the future.

Cleared blocked waste pipe using electric mechanical machine filled sink to test. All running clear. Rang at 1 he was here at 4.20. Friendly chap did the job quickly but carefully and cleaning. Desired result achieved.

Clearing a blocked sewer drain I cant recommend this firm more highly. I phoned in the am asking for an emergency drain unblock at my mothers home in Norfolk. They arrived the same day at the time they said they would. A very professional and thorough water jetting job was performed with care to ensure the blockage was completely cleared and everything flowing again. As it was not my home, I was unable to define where all the drain access covers were, but the man took the time to search for them; one was not even on the same property but shared with a neighbour.
No mess was made. The fixed price of 75 pounds was very reasonable too.

Initially contacted Tim due to a fault with a radiator and also a fault with the white 18 litre vessel as part of the water heating. I also asked him to check a shower which had been installed by someone else previously and did not work.

The radiator and vessel were replaced and now work perfectly. Tim also identified a fitting fault with the shower and he has also put that right and the shower now works too.

A prompt initial response and flexible approach to fit in with our availability. Very good customer service and reasonably priced too.

Toilet partially blocked and slow to clear.
CCTV inspection made as a result of initial inspection of the drainage. There was significant scaling of the pipework throughout, which was finally cleared under high pressure. I was most impressed by the knowledge of the team member who called (By the way he was at the house quite quickly, and by arrangement). The quality of the work and the commitment shown to solving a difficult challenge (as it turned out) was extremely high and I was most grateful.

An old cistern - suggested places to buy spare parts. Returned to do the work. Pleasant young man. Kept to the original quotation.

Bad leak in bathroom. Tim arrived early came in assessed the job and explained to us what he needed to do and with no fuss got on with it. He had to make a whole big enough to expose the pipework for the repair. We cannot thank him enough,brilliant.

To unblock 2 toilet which was not flushing full flow. The toilet was removed and taken outside to remove and build up of timescale which has reduced the diameter in the W.C. This was removed using a water jet. The toilet was re-installed and the flushing mechanism replaced with a new one. Tim was prompt to arrive and although it took a while to locate what was causing the blockage, he kept searching until he found it. He then repaired it completely, leaving no mess. I was delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Diagnosing smell in bathroom and replacing an air ventilation valve. The plumber was excellent and provided a super service. This is the second job he’s done for us, and he was totally reliable. Clearance of manhole blockage to toilet. This young man came to us within ½ an hour of my call. He was very efficient and quickly solved the problem for us.

Remove and replace 50 Gallon water tank. The job needed to be done urgently – water was leaking from a water tank in to loft. Timothy Millikew understands this and responded with amazing speed. He obtained a new water tank and it was fitted with in 4 hours of my initial call. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

New tap & fitted plus tightened nut around main water stop coach. Showed us how to shut off those individual taps water supply next time. Excellent timing, less than 2 hrs from initial call to them. Quote was spot on and Timothy was friendly, knew what he was doing and was quick at fitting the new tap. Exactly what's needed! Very pleased and relived to have the tap fitted so quickly. Will definitely be our 1st choice plumbers in the future!

Labour to remove and replace an electric shower.

Jet gullies to ensure water runs away clearly and quickly (Blocked). One gulley not functioning it is a blocked pit. Gulley in patio jetted and at the time of writing works. Only a heavy rainwell see if it was effective. Not sure my problems have been totally solved.

Replace WC syphons (2). Work completed satisfactorily & efficiently.
